Great stay and we loved to have our vehicle close by for loading/unloading our luggage.
Pros:

Updated and comfortable rooms. Great location for traveling thru.

Cons:

I loved the old pet program. You paid a membership and dogs were at no charge at Red Lion hotels. It made us stay at Red Lions when we were on road trips with our dog.

The location to the freeway access was the only reason we stayed here

Cons:

This property is extremely rundown with stained popcorn ceilings, old doors, musty smells. There was a giant dryer blower fan in the hallway being run all night.

Beautiful spacious room, nice staff
Pros:

Room was beautiful. Loved having access to a porch. The front desk was great. A person working there named Duval was very helpful, and kind after a stressful day I had. I appreciate his professionalism and courtesy.

Cons:

Sheets were stained with blood, which I recognize as bed bug spots. This seems like a big sanitary concern

Pros:

The only thing we liked was the check in employee

Cons:

The property is disgusting, we had a dead cockroach in our shower, a dirty hand towel hanging over the shower curtain, someone else’s hair all over the shower. At least there were no bed bugs (that we were able to see) I didn’t want my kids touching anything in the room and would never stay here again or suggest this place to anyone.
