The bed was very comfortable.
The TV did not have very many options and was difficult to operate.
we got an upgrade on our room stay, because our room we asked for was not ready, very helpful front desk, only issue was that wing was underconstruction during the day, but done by 6pm. The pool was very wonderful and hot tub too, will be back.
Even though there was construction going on, the hall way and stairs had alot of white wall plaster that I feel could use a vacuum, and the room balcony had alot of cobwebs all over.
The breakfast buffet. The pool looked nice.
The hardwood floors in the rooms. The wobbly bed. Couldn’t open window cuz people could see right in.
We booked early we also got to the hotel two hours early Russell was very accommodating and helped us out we are very greatfull so glad we stayed very nice rooms overlooking the pool my service dog got to go on the really nice grassy area.
We are coming back for business and am going to stay right here again thank you Russell we appreciate you very much
The pool was great. Room was very nice but floor a little dirty.
The front desk staff was not around when I got there. Then when we’re at the pool the staff member was coming out and watching. Never said anything to us. But was weird about the watching us.
The staff at the hotel are outstanding. Great rooms love the balconies. Plus their pet friendly. This is by far my favorite hotel to stay in in Redding.
I don't like how the prices are jacked up on the weekends but all hotels are like that.
Cleanest and nicest smelling hallways of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Great cleaning staff……saw them even vacuuming the stairwells. Nice room for a great price, and near a lot of shopping and restaurants.
Nothing. Will stay here again and again when we come back over to Redding.

Our favorite part about this property is the beautiful swimming pool, second favorite part is the friendly staff. Russell, the front desk supervisor was extremely accommodating and very kind.
