overall, very good
Pros:

This place is huge, and there are plenty of rooms. My room was clean and not too far from the lobby. The location is very close to the mall which was nice. There are also other shops around like dollar tree, that are within walking distance.

Cons:

Like any place, be careful walking at night, there are homeless people at night. If you are a solo woman, I would recommend staying in at night if you are walking.

I really liked the place. Helpful staff, every thing you need , room really nice.
Pros:

It was modern updated decor. Room very clean and large with comfortable beds. Lobby was nice and had a cafe, and bar on site.good value for the cost.

Cons:

It was a little difficult to find our wing. There were several buildings that are a part of the complex,although they gave you a map at check in.

I booked my reservation with a late a check out and received an email back approving the late check out. However, when I checked in they denied the late check out

I like the location of the property and the outdoor pool area was nice.

Cons:

Check in took 45 minutes long. When we entered the room it smelled like urine and the carpet was not vacuumed, there were crumbs of chips on the ground and an empty water bottle on the table.

It was ok, and the bed was super comfortable.
Pros:

It was clean. The bed was very comfortable!
And the customer service was great.

Cons:

It’s a little outdated and needs a facelift.
I was traveling by myself and the parking for my room was right next to a homeless encampment on the other side of the chain length fence which was right on Arden way. I felt very uncomfortable, but all was well.
