The staff was excellent and the location great, but the facility is dated and in need of a refresh.
Pros:

The hotel is nice and big. The pool was nice and the hot tub was fun.

Cons:

The property is very dated and in desperate need of a refresh. The fact that the main restaurants are closed on weekend and the steak house always closed was a bit of a let down.

The hotel needs major updates, especially in the handicap rooms.

The location was convenient for my stay.

Cons:

The handicap room did not have a refrigerator, which is a serious issue for guests who need to store medication. The room was very old: the TV had no brightness, the bathroom’s overhead light cover was falling apart, and the bed sank completely when lying down. Overall, the room condition was not acceptable for a Hilton property.

Pros:

I paid for two days of meals. Second day after seeing ACDC, I arrived at breakfast 2 minutes late. Was told it's closed. They wouldn't even let me get coffee.

Cons:

There was no mention of having to pay for parking when I booked my stay. It took 20 minutes for shower to get hot. Then you couldn't adjust the temperature.
