The hotel is within walking distance of fun restaurants and wine tasting rooms and breweries. The pool and outdoor restaurant are a treat. It has the best free hotel breakfast - an omelet bar! The rooms are nicely updated.
The place is huge and kind of a maze to get from your room to the lobby. They do provide a map. It was not a problem for us but if you have mobility issues, you should ask for a room close to the lobby.
Its location is wonderful. The breakfast is really good.
We’ve stayed there several times before and we have noticed that several of the sliding screens on the sliding doors need repair. This is a simple task and I’m not sure why the motel doesn’t keep up on this.
Loved the pool and poolside food and drink service. The room was large and comfortable and we enjoyed walking along the river. The included breakfast buffet was also very nice.
We arrived late (at 2am). I knew we would be late and emailed the property through booking 8 hours prior. The night agent was a tad rude when we walked in the door and said that all rooms were marked as “no shows” after midnight. I told her I contacted them to give them a heads up and she said “we don’t see messages from booking” and seemed a little put out that she had to reinstate the reservation. Not exactly what we needed after traveling for 12 hours…..
We stayed here over Christmas 2019 and now had the chance again. All staff we met and talked to are always helpful, friendly, and kind. This is one of the best hotels we’ve been to, from the river walk to the pool, the artwork, musicians, and variety of restaurants. Rooms are comfy and clean. Next time we plan on spending a few more days.

Really couldn’t find anything to complain about just compliment about.
The location is nice, right on the greenbelt. Sandbar was awesome. Staff was very friendly.
Breakfast was ample, but only ate it because it was included. Otherwise $20. Per person is rather expensive.
It is multiple buildings and it was a long way to our room from the lobby. The outdoor pool was full of kids throwing balls and basically made it uncomfortable. The pool deck was filthy. Running streams of dirt and garbage was all over the place. Lots of ants were crawling around as well. Hot tub was full of little kids and was cloudy and very dirty. Didnt dare go in.
Beds in our room were hard and pillows basically useless. Very small and too squishy. Bed linens were nice though. Bathroom was clean and the hot water is very hot.
Loved the property and the riverside.
They gave me a room off the parking lot! I came from Phoenix and got to look at the parking lot. Guess I should have specified....
The property, you could walk around bike, other activities.
Even when there was a lot of band music and fun festivities going on outside, the room was still quiet and dark and comfortable to get to sleep.

Breakfast was amazing, lovely artist singing, love the outdoor pool and the ease of ordering food/drinks, great service, property is well cared for, appreciate all the local art displayed throughout the halls and location is prime!

Being close to the river
Thin walls, no security or hotel staff to control quiet time. It was 2 night in a row kids an adults were loud through halls an outside patio past 11oclock
Calld twice, took them a while to come talk to rude guests before they kept quiet
