Pros:

Great hotel . Great location. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The hotel was kinda old for how much they charge. The pool didn't open until 11 that's very late.

An over $1000 one night stay, not worth the inconvenience
Pros:

Convenient. Clean. Great bar. Super friendly staff. We had a suite which was very nice. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Five events that night created chaos in the parking lots. Every space was taken, even in overflow across from the hotel. Enjoying the pool was almost impossible. There was no monitoring of who was allowed in. Were they all guests? I doubt it. My party walked right in thru the bar area.
So many families with kids overtook almost every space. I love kids but when there’s no space for other guests & you’re continuing to be splashed, it gets annoying.
My friends and I usually love Riverside, and we spent over $1000 that weekend between the room, drinks & food. But this was not a $1000 stay.

Pros:

The room was a nice size and easy for the kids to walk around. Liked that the microwave and mini fridge were hidden in the TV stand. I like that you offer a pack n play for young babies.

Cons:

That there wasn't much of an area to eat in the room. There was only the desk to sit at and we had to move a bench around so we could all eat together. The mattresses were really hard and the pillows weren't that great. The bedding was confusing there seemed like a sheet a thin comforter and then another sheet.

Good stay overall. Good location, good food. Facilities were clean. Cleaning crew good,
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful and provided sincere, friendly service (especially the omelet chef and young waitress). Parking was close to the rooms.
The hotel was situated right on the Greenbelt trail and very close to downtown.

Cons:

The front desk staff are just okay, but could be so much more attentive and tuned into the needs of the customers. 1. There is no clear queuing for being helped at the desk - you just kinda stand there until one of the 2 to 4 girls behind the counter notice you. A better method would be to have one person solely focused on greeting and recognizing that customers are in line. 2. The front staff seem to be very busy doing things other than helping customers. They are constantly staring at their screens or turning and talking among themselves. It was demeaning to stand and wait and be made to feel like we were interrupting whatever they were chatting about. The one exception was a fellow named McCall. He was present, polite, helpful. 3. At one point I approached the front counter and asked for change because the change machine in the laundry room was broken. She said that they knew it was broken and that Engineering was aware of the issue. Great - but no change. Meaning, it's not enough to just tell the customer that "..Engineering is aware...". Why wasn't the management all over this problem to ensure that customers could somehow get change to do laundry? I don't think I'm being petty about this. She really felt she had done all she could do to help me at that moment.

Pros:

The hotel staff was amazing and friendly. The courtyard and outdoor pool was beautiful. We enjoyed a drink by the pool while watching the kids play in the pool.

Don't think twice about making this decision. You won't regret it.
Pros:

Spent 5 nights here in June 26' for a family wedding with my adult daughter. Highly recommend this lovely sprawling hotel. Resort like with exceptional staff, excellent food (room service and main dining room in the lobby) priced well. Rooms were large, spotless and very comfortable! View was very nice overlooking a bright green lawn and trail to the Riverwalk. Outdoor patio was unexpected with a small table and two chairs accessed by a sliding glass door. Entire property was maintained beautifully inside and out. Robes, in room safe, decent size fridge and coffee maker all appreciated. Sundries shop off the lobby. Pool was enjoyable. This hotel is huge and our room was quite a walk from the main section of the hotel but the staff drove us to our building upon our arrival luggage and all making the transition easy. Great for our party of two but saw many families enjoying their time as well. Would visit again in a heartbeat.

Cons:

There was nothing about this property we did not like.

Rude and unhelpful staff, disgusting food leading to food poisoning, tiny pool area that was treated as a party area with loud music and even louder guests making it impossible to relax and enjoy, wildly outdated TVs in the room (not even a guide option to see channels), unclean ice machine with staff unbothered by white slime coming out with the ice, brought our luggage in to check in (as one typically does) only to have to repack the car and drive to the entrance closest to our room because there wasn’t an option to walk within the property
