Pros:

Pros: All the amenities were there. Microwave, refrigerator, flat screen TV, hair dryer, coffee maker, air conditioner. Soft towels, Nice lotions and shampoo. Pool looked clean and well maintained.
Close to town but still needed to drive.

Cons:

Strange sheet metal bed skirt. Not good pillows. One flat one full both with no fluff. The sofa upholstery was baggy. Flies in the room (swatted)
Old upgrades in bathroom. Dated tile. (Still all was clean).
Not a great part of town but I didn't feel unsafe.
Road construction was in progress.

Think again about staying here.
Pros:

Price and location was OK.

Cons:

Non working shower with mold. I stayed here 30 years ago and other than a paint job it hasn't changed.

Queen size bed here is not enough for 2 people
Pros:

Clean room and pleasant staff. Coffee in the room.

Cons:

Booked queen size room, but I don’t know what bed size that was as it barely had enough space for two people. Neither my husband nor I were able to sleep through the night. We even contemplated one of us using the small sofa in the room to give one of us, at least, space to sleep on the bed. Breakfast options were cereals, pre-packed boiled eggs, one-bite muffins and bananas. I travelled around Asia and Europe quite a bit, never had this kind of experience.

Inconsistent staff help.
Pros:

Room was clean.
The second person at the front desk was very responsive and helpful (starting at 10:00 pm).

Cons:

We had 3 adults and were given a room with a queen bed. When I complained about that while checking in the person at the desk indicated our only option was to get a roll away bed (he was pleasant, just not very well informed). When we went to the room we found a hide-a-bed there already. So I walked back to the front desk and he immediately said we wouldn't be charged for the roll-a-way and said he would bring the bedding we needed. After an hour the bedding was not delivered so I went back to the front desk and found a different man there. He was very good and delivered the sheets, blankets and pillows almost immediately.

Way too expensive for what this was.
Pros:

Location close to downtown and easy to get to. Very friendly front staff and helpful when we needed new sheets.

Cons:

Stain on sheets on one of the beds. Very thin walls. We got a room that adjoined someone else’s that we weren’t there with and could hear them talking very clearly. One of the beds frames was very loose and the whole bed moved around. Every time you got on that bed it was very noisy because of that problem. This was a pretty pricey hotel stay for what it was.

Horrible, do not recommend the stay, bodily fluid stained sheets, room was extremely dirty.
Pros:

NOTHING was HORRIBLE

Cons:

Our sheets had stains that looked like bodily functions, switches, walls, sinks, showers etc. were all dirty. Had a new set of sheets delivered to room and we had to change and remake the bed, horrible customer service, will NEVER stay with you again!

Overall pleasant stay for the intended purpose of our visit to Bend.
Pros:

Centralized location, amenities, pricing wasn’t awful

Cons:

No notice about the hot tub being out of service until we arrived at the property, TV remote did not work properly
