No frills, but comfortable stay
Pros:

Our room was decent--comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and some amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, and TV. The location was excellent for getting around Bend and walking to nearby places for food and drink. Overall, a decent home base for our Bend adventures, but definitely a no frills kind of place.

Cons:

The "breakfast" was a laugh--some brown bananas and packets of instant oatmeal that we opted not to eat. The rooms are not insulated very well so we could hear our neighbors and activity in the parking lot below. The floor of our room was sticky and the bathroom fan needs to be repaired.

Pros:

Clean. Affordable. Great location as we were passing through it was easy to find. Other than trains, it was very quiet.

Cons:

Stairs. Should have asked for bottom floor. Elevator for seniors would be a plus.
