The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, really beautiful outdoor areas and great view of the river. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony and lots of extra room. Would stay here again for sure.
The elevators are far away which was fine for us but didn’t seem very accommodating for those who need them.
Our room had a beautiful view of the bridge and river and was very clean and comfortable. Food was delicious. And the staff were professional and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
Water didn’t get hot in the shower and the microwave was not working properly! I was down there with my basketball team!
Thanks to the Maintenance team, Kendall, & Lala that made the stay more pleasant with working on the water temperature and new microwave!
It was easy to get to and everything you need was right on site. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. perfect for a weekend getaway
Great place great restaurant only thing was disappointed in was buying two bags of peanut M&Ms and a drink and paid 15 bucks for. Tomorrow.

The environment is nice, the room is very spacious, and I felt safe during my stay. However, it’s a bit inconvenient that toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and towels have to be picked up downstairs by yourself. The room also doesn’t provide bottled water or slippers, which is a pity and slightly inconvenient. In addition, I was charged a $15 per day facility fee, but no one explained what facilities were included. I never knew what was available and didn’t use any, yet the fee was still charged.

Great food! Super helpful and friendly staff! Spacious and well cleaned room, and well set up for a family of four. Amazing pool, we came for a “staycation pool vacation” as we live in Portland but wanted a vacation with a pool. We had so much fun in the pool!
More signage in the hotel would be nice, it was a little hard to find our way around (elevator, ice, and pool access). Looked like a little mold on the tiling around the bathtub. Would be nice to have the option of a breakfast buffet as the restaurant took a long time for all our meals, but the food was excellent! Maybe if there was a way to put in our food orders online or over the phone and get an ETA so we wouldn’t have to wait so long?
Fantastic views, access to dock, balconies, great pool with a lovely temperature. The hot tub was essential and very nice. All right on the river. The restaurant was fantastic! We paid at booking to add breakfast and it was amazing. Full menu and cooked to order. The breakfast burritos, waffles, poached eggs, and omelets were all really top notch. And we chose to eat dinner there both nights as well! The French dip, Mediterranean salad, salmon, caprese and fries were all very delicious! The lemon water in the lobby was an extra nice touch. We really appreciated it. The place feels very welcoming and we would definitely stay here again. Also convenient access to target for any essentials.
The staff was extremely attentive. If we needed anything at all, they came immediately! Best service we have had in a decade at hotels! Well done.
Nothing worth mentioning.
The food was great and the atmosphere was welcoming.
Our AC started dripping on the 3rd day causing an odd noise and wet floor. I did tell staff and she was going to have them look at it. We assumed it was due to us having AC on but it was 2 degrees lower than it was originally set, so it shouldn't have leaked that drastically.
The view and location. It was amazing . The rooms were comfortable and big.
The heat . There is not air conditioning in the hallways . Big spiders in doorways.
Also staff for check in was the nicest I’ve ever interacted with. But the next morning g , rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. Put me off from grabbing breakfast. She was so rude and unhelpful.
