Great Place to Stay!
Pros:

I had a great time while is visiting. This location was perfect. There are stores and restaurants near by as well as an onsite restaurant. There is quick access to the freeway and no matter where I was going it all seemed to take about the same amount of time.
The hotel is right in the river and it has absolutely stunning views.
My room was clean and comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly.

A little pricey for how old the hotel is. But the staff was amazing Al
Pros:

The staff definitely! So helpful and friendly the whole weekend.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable and too old and soft. The hotel needs updating but when our room didn’t meet our expectations with the air not working, bad smell in the bathroom, they moved us right away and the room was much better.

Wonderful
Pros:

We had a lovely time. The first day was rough because we lost power in the entire hotel for almost a whole full day. The staff was wonderful and made every accomodation possible and all our needs were met. We were still able to do our dance competition eventually and everything turned out great. Hotel was beautiful and clean.

Great Stay
Pros:

There was an unfortunate extended power outage beyond their control and we were there for a youth competition. The staff was wonderful and helpful the entire time. I found them always accessible and eager to help. The dining facility and staff were great too. My daughter had a great time and is looking forward to returning next year.

Clean, nice beds, great espresso
Pros:

Nice hotel, great beds. We’ve stayed here 4 times now and like that it is located close to I-5 so we can get to our family in Hazel Dell while still enjoying the spots in Portland.

Truck parking and pet friendly
Pros:

Means my family were moving from ca to Washington. We also had a 20ft U-Haul truck pulling a trailer. We needed a spot that had spots for parking trucks with trailer as long as pet friendly. This location has a big parking lot and can accommodate big trucks

I would stay again.
Pros:

Great room and hotel. The outside and a few things inside are a little used and need maintenance. Over all a great experience. I would use them again.

Bare bones but clean
Pros:

I stayed here as it was the location of a conference I was attending. They have an onsite cafe and bar and a huge parking lot that is free. The hallways to the rooms have a musty smell and everything seems very outdated. While the room was clean, it was the most bare bones room I have ever stayed in. Positives: good sized TV, refrigerator, microwave, decent number of outlets. Less-than-Positive: no bath mat/rug (had to use a hand towel); thin, scratchy towels; no bar soap (I know, that’s a preference), and the liquids supplied at the sink (attached to the wall) were lotion and shampoo (weird). I was only there to sleep and shower and do a bit of work, so it was adequate. Some small upgrades and attention to some detail would make a big difference. The young lady (Lola? Lala?) at the front desk was very gracious at both check-in and check-out.

Great view
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, really beautiful outdoor areas and great view of the river. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony and lots of extra room. Would stay here again for sure.

Cons:

The elevators are far away which was fine for us but didn’t seem very accommodating for those who need them.

Pleasant Experience
Pros:

Water didn’t get hot in the shower and the microwave was not working properly! I was down there with my basketball team!

Thanks to the Maintenance team, Kendall, & Lala that made the stay more pleasant with working on the water temperature and new microwave!
