Pros:

Завтрак- было, из чего выбрать. Свежие вафли, йогурты, творог, фрукты.

Cons:

Цена оказалась гораздо выше заявленной, залог не вернули в обещанное время. Номер со старым ремонтом, окна не открываются, доступ в корпус после 10 вечера только через главный вход - это крюк изти

I'd certainly stay there again, and recommend it to friends.
Pros:

My room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the book with so much information about things to do etc. in Portland. Breakfast was excellent. I also appreciated the eco-friendly housekeeping policies.

Cons:

The in-room coffee wasn't the best. AC unit blows up and makes the curtains billow up. That's about it. Otherwise, the room was great.

Cons:

Zu wenige Steckdosen.

It was all we needed
Pros:

I've read other reviews here that have taken shots at the hotel and at the City (which seems unfair). It's not the Ritz, nor does it pretend to be. We had planned to stay at the Marriott Residence until I saw this place. For a very reasonable price we got a king bed suite with a full living room and large dining table, small fridge with counter space, free coffee in room. Yeah, an updating wouldn't hurt. But, it was a value! Parking only $13 / night compared with $40 or more downtown at places with no parking lot. We could come and go as we pleased with no valet to deal with. Quick highway access. The free continental breakfast was excellent and well stocked. As a bonus, if you keep kosher the bulk of the items (including the waffles!) in the breakfast are certified ! (Staff let me check labels). And the JCC with a cafe is not even 10 minutes away. The staff was polite and helpful and listened / wrote down any concerns and suggestions for improvement. All in all it was "ok" and checked all the boxes for comfort and convenience and value. When we first checked in I had second thoughts...but by the time we left we were totally satisfied and pleased.

i rather pay a bit more for better place
Cons:

Room and facilities:
The place is a decent size, and everything is functional, but overall it feels somewhat outdated and not very well maintained. For example, the mirror had several black spots, and the sink was noticeably lower than those in other places I’ve stayed. More importantly, it seems that the staff may not regularly check all the amenities provided. For instance, the hand soap in my room was completely empty when I arrived.
Breakfast:
This may be a personal preference, as I generally like to have a hot breakfast. Most hotels I’ve stayed at provide options such as scrambled eggs with sausage or bacon. However, this place only offered cold boiled eggs and cold ham. I may be the only one who minds this, but it was honestly the first time I’ve had cold boiled eggs served as a breakfast option. I would have appreciated at least one hot protein option.

Pros:

That I did not walk long to find the elevator and your room.

Cons:

Only the first night did I tell them that I didn't want them to clean the room? I was 3 and they didn't do it and they didn't even leave towels.

A great stay
Pros:

The room was very nice. Breakfast was very good, much more than a continental breakfast, and the location was good.

Cons:

The only comment I have is to have better signs where the rooms are and instructions on how to get to them. Also, a welcoming fragrance at the lobby would have been a plus.

Short stay in a first class hotel
Pros:

Location, size of room, easy check in, coffee maker and multiple choices in room, and breakfast with lots to select from. Easy parking in hotel lot.

Cons:

Nothing. While some complained about the parking fee ($13), this was clearly communicated in advance.
