Bed was good but walking either to the elevator up and down the stairs were a challenge
Pros:

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It was on the second floor and far from the elevator. It is hard for me to walk up and down steps so that was a challenge. I have artificial knees and an artificial hip. Two bad shoulders and neuropathy in my feet. I requested to be close to the casino as I have issues walking. Also my husband mentioned it at checking in and he wasn’t concerned. We mentioned to casino director on our last night and he wasn’t concerned going to get us moved but at that point more of an effort to pack up and move and then leave in The morning. We’ve stayed there before and haven’t decided if we’re going to again.

Food was good in the restaurant and cafe

Cons:

Rooms did not have working coffee makers....there were no ice machines working on any level except for one almost to the registration area on floor one and no signs to indicate where the one that worked was. You're forced to check every floor in every building only to find this out.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Very poor room temperature 79 when called front desk they sent the guy to check it and he told us he was here last week and they said it was fixed sounds to me as long as there getting money they dont care about the customer service in the casino is nothing shout about saw the waitress once in 4 hours

Maverick casino sucks
Pros:

I’ve went to a lot of casinos to play slots, and I’ve never been so disappointed, I mean NO WINS AT ALL. If they’re gonna be a gaming casino, they should play just a little bit fair. Everything just took the money, no fun at all!

Pros:

Beds were comfy

Cons:

Was run down and cable barely gave any channels. Bathroom wasn't very clean and the room had a smell. I paid 230 over booking plus 100 deposit when I got there. Didn't meet my expectations 😕

I'd stay again.
Pros:

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. My friend couldn't figure out the coffee pot and maintenance came and was very kind to her (it was operator error) and that was appreciated. We ate at the Aspen Steak House. The food was good. My friend left their debit card there and the server knew we stayed there but didn't reach out. WE didn't discover it was missing until we were almost home. She called the hotel and spoke worth security who had the card and they'll mail it her, so all is well. Just wish it had been returned that night. The event we went to was amazing, well worth the 5-hour drive.

Cons:

Honestly, no complaints.
