Pricing doesn’t support experience
Pros:

There prices have risen quite a bit over the years, and they are the only hotel we spoke to that doesn’t offer breakfast. We didn’t realize that until after we checked in. Don’t think I will stay there again and I have been a LONG time customer

Great property and experience
Pros:

We loved the whole property. We spent time at the pool, casino, arcade, and restaurant. Every employee We encountered was professional and very helpful.

Cons:

Quiet, comfortable and clean, I feel like I got more value than I paid for!!!
Pros:

The room was clean and the staff very friendly. We had fun in the pool and got a quiet nights rest. Great value for the money!

Cons:

Some of the other guests were smoking and drinking in the hot tub area and stayed there for so long that nobody else got a chance to use it. That was a little disappointing but not the fault of the Hotel or staff.

Would not recommend — cleanliness was unacceptable and the odor made the stay miserable.
Pros:

The only thing that was decent about this hotel, is the location.

The main reason we chose to stay 3 nights here was because it is pet friendly. However, be prepared for filthy, unsanitary conditions. The odor was overwhelming and the window does not open.

Cons:

This was one of the most disgusting hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The moment I walked in, I was hit with a horrible animal-like odor that made the entire room feel filthy and unsanitary. It smelled like pets had been living in there and the room had not been properly cleaned.

The condition of the room was completely unacceptable. No guest should have to pay money to stay somewhere that smells this bad and feels this dirty. A clean, comfortable room is the bare minimum expectation from a hotel, and this room failed completely.

I was extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made to the cleaning standards.

The food in the restaurant was overpriced and not worth the money. The restaurant staff was rude. Hardly anyone was in the restaurant and we couldn’t get refills.

Overall, do better! For the price I paid, I at very least deserved a clean room. I didn’t dare walk barefoot on the carpet.

Unfortunately someone tried to break into our vehicle in the parking lot.
Cons:

The security was horrible. We were parked in the front under the lights and someone attempted to break into our vehicle. They broke the cover to the bed of our truck.
