Nice property, with some drawbacks.
Pros:

The property is beautiful and colorful, and the staff is always helpful and kind.

Cons:

The property itself is nice, but I found three major drawbacks:

1. The breakfast (too simple, limited variety) 2. The absence of an elevator. 3 (For me, the most serious): the Wi-Fi, even the paid option was insufficient, and this prevented me from handling an important call (which I find unacceptable in 2026).

Pros:

The location was good and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The room was very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. Every night there were people talking loudly late into the night and what sounded like furniture being moved and dropped on the floor above me. The breakfast was sub par compared to what other hotels offer.

Cute, comfortable, clean quiet hotel. We would stay again.
Pros:

The decor is so cute and unique! The hotel, pool and hot tub are spotless. You can tell that the workers take pride in the upkeep. Breakfast is different every day so that’s a plus. Probably the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on at a hotel, air conditioner was quiet and the towels were nice. The lady working at breakfast was awesome!! We would stay again if in the area!!

Cons:

Wild drivers in the parking lot.

60's Palm Springs Vibe
Pros:

Cool retro hotel. If you want to feel like you just checked in to a hotel in Palm Springs during the 60's this is your place. Hotel has a very 60's retro feel. Made for a unique stay and experience.

Not up to Hyatt standards
Pros:

Very noisy both from the street and what you can hear in the hallway. My mattress was lumpy, the roller shades were broken, and the water pressure was weak. For $300/night, and a Hyatt property, this was all surprising.

Breakfast was fine - not bad, nothing special.

Pros:

Fruit and water available at front desk, a nice touch.
Room and bathroom were very clean.
