샌프란시스코의 언덕에서 시내를 내려다보며 중심지의 위용을 느끼기가 좋았다. 역사가 오래된 만큼 공간이 여유가 있고 천장이 높아 쾌적한 느낌이 들었다. 아침 식사 공간과 전통적인 레스토랑의 셋팅 분위기가 대접받는 기분이 들어서 좋았다. 발렛 파킹을 친절하게 해 주고 문자만 보내면 차를 준비해 주는 것이 신속하고 편리하게 느껴졌다.

Cons:

가격이 너무나 비쌌다!!! 비싼 금액에 비해 화장실이 하나 밖에 없는 점은 이해가 되지 않았다. 게다가, 화장실 안에 환풍기가 없었다.
그렇게 비싼 숙박비를 지불했음에도 불구하고, 커피쿠폰 $10과 방에 있는 음료수 $10 쿠폰을 주었으나 날짜가 지나면 사용할 수 없는 엄격한 규율이 있었고 까페도 10AM에 칼 같이 문을 닫아서 (미리 인폼도 없었음) 쿠폰 사용하는 것이 불편했다. 그렇게 역사가 깊고 비싼 호텔이면 좀더 Generous해도 좋을 듯! 그리고, Gym이 외부 운영하는 지하에 있는 곳이라 공기가 매우 나빠서 이용 못함. 발렛도 비쌈. 더군다나, 행사가 있다며 -미리 공지없이- 갑자기 아침 뷔페를 지하의 어떤 Old Bar에서 먹으라고 해서 당황했음. 가격대비 X

Pros:

Piękny hotel, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, uprzejmy personel,kosmetyki bardzo dobrej jakości rose 31, dobrej jakości klapki i szlafroki hotelowe. Duża łazienka posiadająca wannę i prysznic. Umywalka z ładnym kamiennym blatem. Pokój również dosyć duży z dużymi oknami. Zasłony dobrze zatrzymywały światło.Depozyt dość szybko wrócił po wymeldowaniu. Możliwość zameldowania i wymeldowania online.

Cons:

Materace i poduszki niezbyt wygodne, nasz pokój do liftingu, wykładzina w nim miała niezbyt miły zapach,ściany i meble potrzebują odświeżenia, dość duży depozyt 300$ za dwie noce, obsługa hotelowa, zajmująca się bagażami nie jest wystarczająco czujna, poprosiliśmy o bagaże, które mieliśmy w przechowalni bagażu, ponieważ musieliśmy coś przepakować, wydano nam bagaże, ale po przepakowaniu nikt nie pomógł nam ich ułożyć na wózku bagażowym, ani dowieźć i zapakować do taxi, musieliśmy zrobić to sami i było to słabe w hotelu takiej kategorii.

Great view, reasonable price for a two-bed room with bay views, beautiful, well-located hotel. Staff was very polite.

Cons:

We only got two little coffee packages for two people (ie one teeny tiny coffee each - and I mean, like, an ounce or two?), and we had to call for more and wait. I never saw a concierge at the concierge station. The people who checked us in didn't seem to have too much information on local restaurants, so we relied on internet instead. There were wait-time issues with the check-in desk - they need to hire more people as long lines formed.

Insgesamt versprüht das Hotel einen sehr traditionellen Charme, der sich auch im Ambiente und in den Zimmern widerspiegelt. Wenn man das mag ist das Fairmont schon wegen seiner optimalen Lage unverändert sehr zu empfehlen..

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Restaurant passt nicht ganz. Insbesondere beim Frühstücksbuffet war das Angebot trotz 45 USD eher bescheiden.
