Отличная локация. Приветливый персонал. Хорошие номера. Субъективно цена/качество то что нужно.
Pros:

Отличная локация!! Не так много отелей на пляже Ката которые могут похвалиться расстоянием до пляжа меньше 100 метров тем более без крутого подъёма. Если идти через "слоников" то выйдет около 600 метров, но можно пройти напрямую через улочку вдоль кафе и вы на пляже. Есть бассейн. Завтраки для тройки очень даже неплохие, ориентированные на европейцев. Кофе-машина. Персонал приветливый. Уборка ежедневная и качественная.
80% жильцов это пожилые европейцы. До Ката Ной метров 400-500. Отель находится на склоне вдоль улицы ведущей с Каты на Ката ной и на юг острова. Если у вас окна на улицу слышно мотоциклы которые газуя едут в горку. Для нас это не критично, но кому это может доставлять неудобство, стоит приобрести чуть дороже номер с видом на море.

Cons:

Замки дверей в номер защелкиваются при закрытии. Дети бегали между номерами и приходилось постоянно открывать или держать двери приоткрытыми.

Pros:

The room is very spacious, free drinking water replenished every day, next door to 7-11, and on the main street without being too loud. Less than 1 min walk to the beach!

Cons:

The neighbourhood is full of old Russian families so the vibe is a bit odd, and prices are really targeting tourists. Lack of local food options in this area at local prices.

Pros:

The hotel is simply great! Staff is friendly, location is very convenient - 5 min to Kata beach; ATM, money exchange and supermarkets/restaurants are around the hotel. I promise to be back 😊

Pros:

Superbe hôtel, très propre, avec un personnel extrêmement gentil et attentionné. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre. On s’y sent bien dès l’arrivée, sans trop de chichi, tout est simple et agréable. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Cons:

en passant par l’hôtel pour réserver le taxi jusqu’au port de Phuket afin de prendre le ferry pour Koh Phi Phi, j’ai payé plus du double du prix. J’ai ensuite réalisé qu’il existait des billets ferry avec taxi inclus. Mais bon, c’est une erreur de débutant 😉

Pros:

Excellent location. 1' from the beach.Lift to the upper floors. Really caring and friendly staff. Buffet style breakfast.7-11 next door. Excellent massage parlor two doors away.
Highly recommend it.

Отличные 3* рядом с морем: рекомендую!
Pros:

Очень редкий случай, когда я ставлю отелю твёрдые "10 из 10" (с учётом бюджета и заяаленных 3*, конечно же).
Локация - 30 секунд пешком до пляжа Kata или минут 10 пешком (через холм) до Kata Noi (на котором народу меньше в 4-5 раз и поприятнее, как по мне..).
Есть парковка для авто и байков.
Комнаты - отличные, комфортные, с балкончиками (мы были в угловом 401 с видом на основную улицу, холм с Big Buddha).
Персонал приветлив, с английским языком. Завтраки для этого бюджета - отличные.
Во втором здании отеля есть и небольшой бассейн (но мы не ходили туда - море под боком..).
В соседнем с отелем здании - 7-Eleven, это суперудобно.
В целом в отеле очень позитивная атмосфера, нам понравилось всё.
Однозначно рекомендую этот отель, в этом бюджете и с такой локацией вряд ли можно найти лучше.

Cons:

В комнатах нет электрических чайников. Но по запросу приносят без проблем за пару минут.
Немного устаревший интерьер санузлов (..вспомнил молодые годы..), но всё функционально и в целом ок, зато много полочек и крючочков для вещей :)
..Вечером (до 22-23 ч.) слегка шумновато от дороги, но некритично.
