Please note that the rooftop pool is open from June until September. This is subject to weather conditions.

The pool is free of charge for a maximum of 2 hours per day.

The access is subject to availability of places, in order to allow as many guests as possible to use it.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 20 EUR per pet, per stay applies.

Un soggiorno da sogno
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale e servizi eccellenti. Tutto curato alla perfezione dalle camere alla colazione. Receptionists gentilissimi, efficienti e cordiali, come tutto il personale. Colazione superlativa con salati e dolci di ottima qualità, gestita da personale molto in gamba. La vista dal 10 piano è uno spettacolo veramente. Deliziosa la piscina rooftop, progettata da Gio Ponti, per riprendersi dalle passeggiate in città. Ci ritorneremo. Consigliatissimo!

La atención del personal. No sé esforzaron en ayudarnos con las dudas siendo un hotel de excelente categoría no fueron recursivos con el idioma en español para ayudarnos.

Très bien mais point faible accès à la piscine
Pros:

La chambre était propre, avec pratiquement tous les services d’hygiènes attendus (rasoir, 1 brosse à dent pour 2…)

Cons:

La piscine est accessible uniquement durant le séjour après le check out ce n’est pas possible , il faut réserver un transat et c’est maximum 2h par jour ce que je trouve dommage puisque ce n’est pas indiqué avant d’avoir réservé.w

Pros:

The location was great. Lots of nice restaurants and bars in easy reach and easy walk to the Metro. Taxi rank just round the corner. Our deluxe Seaview room was a good size. Great shower. Breakfast was good and coffee service excellent.

Cons:

The main issue really was that our room had a faulty aircon sensor which for some reason kept telling the system a window was open. This meant the aircon stopped working. The front desk were very helpful in sending someone up and we eventually learnt the trick was to open and slam a window but this was a little disconcerting. It meant our room was often really hot when we came back and it took quite a while to cool down.
