Io con mio marito quando andiamo a Napoli per lavoro soggiorniamo spesso in questo hotel ma questa volta ho trovato un reception che non mi voleva fare entrare perché il nome della prenotazione era del mio marito, avevo anche se segnalato su booking scrivendo mio nome che arrivavo prima come mi piace Napoli e di solito parto da Milano prima per girare e vedere la bellezza della città ma mi dispiace che ho visto un atto di razzismo che forse non meritavo questo e sentire questo reception che si difendeva dopo la chiamata del mio marito diceva ma se lui prenota e viene prima sua amica, sua amica sarebbe io e non poteva farmi entrare. Ieri non avevo visto bene il nome della reception sennò avrei scritto tuo nome qua io non sono amica sono la moglie e in tutti hotel che andiamo sono io che prenoto. Nonostante avevo scritto che arrivavo prima ma il signore receptionist non voleva farmi entrare. Dopo mi chiama per dirmi signora abbiamo ricevuto la mail di conferma che arrivavi prima ma se sono stata io stessa a scriverlo mentre che ero lì con la mail che avevo prenotato 🙄nonsense
