Pros:

Beautiful room and a very central location. Close to everything but still quiet enough to get a good night rest. Staff were incredibly helpful & the restaurant is perfect - I recommend dinner there.

Good hotel but customer service could be better.
Pros:

Location was perfect for sightseeing. Hotel has its own entrance directly on the canal so you can arrive by boat. Breakfast was good with good selection.

Cons:

Room assigned had terrible view. Wasn't made clear at breakfast that there are additional items that can be ordered free of charge. Eg. fried eggs and pancakes.

Comfortable. A good night's sleep.
Pros:

Comfy bed, fabulous bathroom, great towels. Responsive and not noisy A/C. Great hot water supply.

Cons:

The lobby is hideous and needs updating to match the rooms. Red velvet and zebra stripes? It's a classy hotel, great location. The breakfast was meh in the roll/toast department. I know Venice is expensive, but it's a bit steep at 70E for two people. I had a hard-boiled egg, a tangerine, and a double espresso.

Amazing location and nice Venezian vibe!
Pros:

The location is amazing, 3-5 minutes walk from everything. Either Piazza San Marco, or The Rialto or the shopping area. All super near.
Also, good breakfast and kind staff.

Cons:

In the room there were mosquite marks on the tapestry which it should take 5 minutes to clean. It is a small detail without any extra cost or time but makes the difference.
