הופתענו שבחשבון חייבו אותנו בתרומה בסכום לא מבוטל. כששאלנו מה זה ואמרנו שאיננו מעוניינים אמרו שיזכו אותנו. לא אהבתי שיטת מצליח זו. זה חזר על עצמו גם בחשבון במסעקה של המלון.

Brilliant, highly recommend
Pros:

Brilliant hotel in the most central location- was so easy to get to everything and nip back to the room whenever we needed to. Everything was clean and luxurious. The room was a great size and we were so lucky to have a room overlooking the canal. The staff were all super friendly and they went over and above to make our stay memorable- we are so thankful to them. Breakfast was also delicious- amazing scrambled eggs. Super happy we booked here and would absolutely stay again.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente e strategica al centro tra Piazza San Marco e Rialto. Ristorante superbo, i prezzi sono alti ma siamo in pieno centro a Venezia e la qualità del servizio e la bravura dello chef Livan meritano!

Prime location, beautiful viewpoint to canal. Staff all incredibly friendly.

Cons:

The rooftop terrace wasn't open, it closes over Winter which I only found out at the hotel. This isnt mentioned on the website. This was a feature I was looking forward to.
