I materassi troppo duri, la presa staccata dal muro, il bagno con le piastrelle anni ‘80 e il lavandino otturato.
Io e mia moglie desideriamo esprimere la nostra sincera gratitudine alla gentile signora che era di turno al banco "Relazioni con i clienti" nella hall dell'hotel il 29 aprile 2026 alle 9:30.
Con pazienza ed efficienza ci ha aiutato a risolvere un evidente malinteso con la compagnia del taxi acqueo, che stava impiegando molto tempo ad arrivare.

We had a lovely time at the Splendid. The location is excellent and the staff were very helpful. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfy and everything was nice and clean. The bathrobe and slippers were great and we loved getting back to the room to find chocolates each night! Would definitely stay again and recommend.
