Was given a room that had ONLY hot water and then wanted to change our room to a king bed for 2 men that were NOT a couple. So the best that they could do was give us the key so that we could shower in a separate room than ours. We literally had to wait 10 to 15 minutes just for that water to get partially warm! We paid full price for this room and never did they state that they would give us a discount for inconvenience. Very poor customer service! Would not recommend this hotel.
Nothing to be honest - staff were rude room was disgusting we beg to get anything done it was by far our worst experience ever!!!!
Well where do I begin:
Check in was slack- had to validate our room key every day then asked for room to be cleaned only to have to beg every day with the lady rolling her eyes at me every time. We were there 4 freaking days honestly! Room was dirty smelt terrible beds were roll out week things!!! Everyday we had to ask for coffee pods it was honestly an absolute disgrace to the Holiday Inn fraternity . Room done after 4 pm it was disgusting! Went on to Pittsburgh feeling fragile after 4 days paying for this appalling service to be welcomed into an amazing hotel. I need to say Pittsburgh you honestly need to up your game. What we experienced was disgraceful.
Location
Very small room with strange smell, poor condition , simple breakfast , 4 days no any changes,
Dry clean and the staff was very helpful; especially the young man who did breakfast
Property was very convenient for what I needed
Elevator did not align with the floor when the doors opened making it a hazard. The toilet would get stuck after flushing and run for an extended period of time. My room was on the first floor and when ever the floor above would shower or use the bathroom the sound was so loud. The bed frame was broken and made a lot of noise everytime you moved. Stains on the walls by the elevator on the first floor. Breakfast was served at 7 but by 730am nothing was available.
The rooms were comfortable and just what we needed
Nothing
Nothing
Everything
The location was alright since we love eat n park. Breakfast was ok.
The staff member was on her phone the whole time and outside most of the time. The smoke alarm in our room wouldn't stop beeping, so she told us to unplug it it continued to beep, so we took it to the front desk and she said she didn't know how to fix it but she would have her manager fix it and we never got it back. The bathrooms were so small. The pool had a sign closed for maintenance, and the pool room was so hot.
It was fine
The manager old guy white hair—- HORRIBLE
Breakfast was the only good thing.
Room was tiny bathroom even tinier. Pool wasn’t able to be used. Horrible location. Parking in the front is unsafe .
Breakfast serving utensils put on counter top. Dumpster in front and quite visible was overflowing. Shower drains are clogged. Hallways and elevators are filthy.
Showed up and wasn’t accommodated with the room I reserved when booking the room. Was told they upgraded me to a room with a king and a pull out couch from a room with two queen beds and was told to come down to get linens for it. When I went down to grab them they first told me that they didn’t have any then ended up finding some. I then asked for pillows and was told they didn’t have any. So my children had to sleep on a pull out couch and didn’t have any pillows to sleep with
Not very clean, pool was not very clean either. Only clean the rooms if asked to
The hotel was clean and staff was very nice and helpful.
Bathroom was very small.
The location to IUP was convenient
The rooms were quite rundown. Plaster on the wall was coming off in bed was very uncomfortable.
It was also like walking into a casino with all the betting machines in the lobby. They took up a lot of space and made it feel cramped.
