Clean and staff friendly
Continental breakfast was very sparse, only toast, waffles and cereal. Juice and coffee was watered down
I will be considering Super 8 again after this stay in Amarillo

In the room and breakfast
We stayed in this hotel on the way to Denver and on the way back from Denver. Lovely room, easy access, with plenty of parking. Good eats close by. Good price. What's not to like! Bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. We will make it a regular stop for our trips out of Texas heading north west and heading back home!
Was disappointed to find out that using the sofa bed was not included in our stay and would be an extra $20 charge if we chose to use it. Booking*com made it appear that the sofa bed was included in our stay. In spite of being a non-smoking hotel, we could smell smoke. There was hair left behind in the shower and on the bathroom floor.
The breakfast was good... room was spacious
" chemicals" used got us sick. Salt? No iron, the one finally got the next day was not in good working condition, room was uncomfortable temperature. But for 3 days and not really in room much, it was livable.
The price and location was okay, close to the highway.
The room could’ve been cleaner. I saw hair everywhere and a lot of cobwebs. The bedsheets and covers were dirty and had a cigarette hole in it.
They withheld my deposit of $113.25 when I checked in. they said they'd pay me back the day after eviction, but they didn't give me a refund. They promise at the beginning, and when you leave, they don't return anything. they don't care about customers, they don't return the deposit. I want action in that regard because this should not continue. I guess a lot of customers suffer from it.
It was clean
They gave my reservation to another person so it took longer to check in when it was midnight already breakfast was not long enough and it was out and not refilled for a while
I accidentally booked a smoking room, no issue to change room $10 up charge, no problem.
We checked in with 6 ppl on the reservation and were given 4 pillows. When we asked for 2 more pillows we were told they were already locked up and we have called at 7:00 am to let them know we needed extra pillows or been there at 3:00 when check in was. We explained we were just there the week before and checked in at almost 9:00 pm and it was no problem for extra pillows. She then says we will have to pay and extra $20 to get 2 pillows. No thank you!
The room was nice, there was a dirty bandaid in the room on the floor, but other than that we liked the room! The lady that checked us out was really nice!
The breakfast there was barely anything. We were told the pancake mix would take 4 hours for them to make it. Milk ran out, and there was no bread for toast ect.
Also, the out side for the hotel stinks SO bad of some type of PEE. other then that it was a good stay.
