Privacy and information
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Except the fact that this woman that has been stalking me was at the motel on Friday and Saturday. I arrived Thursday. She was yelling, calling me a bitch. This continued all day & night Friday as well as all day & night Saturday on until Sunday morning so far. No fault of the motel.

Cons:

The staff gave my stalker information that I was staying another night. Then she decided to stay another night. Which made our stay uncomfortable to say the least.

Woke up to roaches and bugs
Pros:

Woke up and roaches and bugs were on the table and microwave area.

Was upset went to the front desk manager then was called they offered a %20 discount.

Once we got our deposit back they took that %20 away.

Was a horrible experience for me and my family. Needed a spot for our daughters operation appointment so we thought this was a good idea. I was completely wrong.

Arrives later in the evening and the staff was not helpful. The exit door was broken and open.

Room was recently renovated

The entire hotel smelled like marijuana in the side entrance door was broken and left open for anybody to enter or exit

It was terrible! Will definitely NOT stay there again!
Pros:

Nothing besides the fact it was right off the highway.

Cons:

There was no elevator to the second floor. The chair by the desk was broken. The TV is mounted on a wall that extends out and both ends of the tv are in danger of hitting your head on it. The lady at the front desk was exceedingly rude and when we checked out, the price was more than I had been told it would be on Booking.com. It was not a pleasant stay!
