Professional, efficient and friendly, the office runs like a well oiled machine the rooms were absolutely spotless check in was quick and easy I recommend if you need a good night's rest or a home away from home look no further. Thank you to the staff and especially Sweety.
Nothing it was all on point 100%
It was close to the highway, close to down town, easy to spot
Getting through the parking lot
Not much. The rooms were spacious.
It felt unsafe with people wandering around all hours of the night and sleeping on sidewalks outside. I told the staff. They didn't care. The rooms and hallways smell...dank. The breakfast was pathetic. The pool was freezing and tiny. We are never gojng back. The towel rack was falling out of the wall. I told the staff. They just shoved the loose screws back into the wall and said, "it is fixed." The towel rack is right above the tpilet. Someone is going to get knocked out when that thing falls out.
None
Tv was too small,no closed captioning . The mattress need to be change new. Maid didn’t cleanup behind the bed. Was so dirty ,bathroom and front desk wasn’t friendly. Oh Gosh we slept and smell
So strong pool Clorox . Got me headache and so sick
I liked how spacious the room was although the bathroom felt a little cramped.
The fridge kept my drinks cold.
The bed was lumpy. I could tell where previous guests had laid because it was sagging where they had laid.
The Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
This hotel gave me one of those horror stories you remember forever. When we first walked in, we were asked for a $200 cash deposit which was never communicated and we were not prepared for. This was alarming since out of all the hotels of stayed in, I have never been asked for a cash deposit, let alone one this high. The place was sketchy, but we shook it off, left our stuff in our rooms, and headed out for the day. When we returned at 11pm, my partner and I found bed bugs on the wall and bed. First, the staff tried to move us upstairs, which was almost worse. The hallway was filthy, our "new room" had mold and cobwebs, and one of the neighbors had a pizza slice between the door to keep it open while some sort of banging was heard behind it. At this point, we didn't feel comfortable staying. We went back down to the front desk, where another hotel guest proceeded to repeatedly ask me to join him in his room (I'm younger girl, and he was a much older, larger man.) Fortunately, we got both our deposit and our money back on the room. However, it left us scavenging to find a room after midnight and desperately trying to get rid of any bed bugs, completely ruining our trip. Out of all my travels, I have never had an experience as bad as this one. Please do not stay here.
Friendly staff
Mediocre breakfast
Pillows are nice
Front desk staff was telling me about another guest I did not know(including their room number)because I had the same first name. He then proceeded to tell me that there was also a guest in the hotel with the same last name as me, and tried to find their check in paperwork TO SHOW IT TO ME. If there is a "HIPAA" type regulation for hotels, and I hope to Christ that there is, this man violated it BIG-TIME. There was also another guest just hanging out at the front desk and I think she is a long-term tenant.
The location is right off of the highway.
Breakfast wasn't terrible.
The staff was okay. Pool and hot tub. Mini fridge
Everything else. Literally. The room wasn't what the pictures showed. Things not working. Beds wore out. Jets not working. Door creak and get stuck.
Easy check in, nice size room.
The breakfast was nice and the facilities were clean and organized
The homeless man sleeping out front, the smell of marijuana and chlorine, the humidity in the room that made the carpet feel moist, the dogs barking throughout the night in nearby rooms.
