Simply Wow.
Pros:

This apart-hotel exceeded all my expectations, even though the area is undergoing heavy construction, and reaching the hotel in Uber, or taking an Uber, is not easy. The staff are all great, friendly, helpful, and most important, they speak English. Metro station steps away. There is also a mall nearby, walking distance, and there is a supermarket there. Overall, great place to stay.

Non male, buona posizione e buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
Pros:

La posizione vicino alla metro. L’appartamento molto ampio. L’angolo cucina.

Cons:

Staff che non parla inglese. Non adatto per i weekend: nella zona Defence di sabato e domenica è tutto chiuso tranne il centro commerciale, ma non è vicinissimo. Difficile farlo raggiungere con il taxi (posizione su Google maps sbagliata, uber non ci arriva)

Literies confortable .

Cons:

Propreté a revoir , odeur d'urine dans les toilettes en arrivant . Signalé...quelqu'un est venu le lendemain pour "refaire un nettoyage" ...l'eau était bleu mais toujours une odeur d'urine...Nettoyage pas sérieux.
Réservé pour 4 personnes ....en arrivant nous n'avions que de la literie et des serviettes pour 2 personnes. A quoi cela sert il d'indiquer le nombre de personnes ???
2 petites cuillères pour 4 , four micro-ondes défectueux (signalé 2 fois ..jamais réparé). Prise de courant dangereuse (morceaux de métal plantés dans les trous , signalé 2 fois aucune intervention).
Prix prohibitif du petit déjeuner .
Difficile de joindre l'accueil en cas de problèmes (réussi 2 fois sur 6 tentatives malgré un téléphone interne de prêt ).
En résumé, malgré une certaine bonne volonté à l'accueil, l'entretien le nettoyage et les services sont globalement inexistants .
En bref, solution de secours uniquement. Nous ne reviendrons pas. C'est certain .

Pros:

Logement spacieux et équipé de ce qu'il faut.
Bon rapport prix/espace.

Cons:

Mobilier un peu vétuste et abîmé.
Literie trop dure.
Accès un peu compliqué de nuit avec tout les travaux.
