Everything, dirty ,filthy,broken doors,bullet holes in windows,broken down ice machines,bugs,water damage and just plain filthy. Booking .com impossible to get on phone. They should be sued for putting customers in this position. Never again!!!!

location terrible. was not aware it was a MOTEL vs hotel. low scale place would not expect from a Days Inn. breakfast was a joke not anything normal people would eat or expect out of hotel breakfast. I was suppose to stay for 2 days I refused, turned in my key asked to check out - was told ok - but got home and was asked to check out the next day when I already DID

The beds were very comfortable.
Pros:

Convenience. Except for the traffic bit I know it has nothing to do with the hotel 🙂

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t work in the room so the first night was very hot. The girl on duty tried to accommodate us but it took too long. There was no housekeeping. I was told I had to request it which I never had to do. The shower was slow draining and made the tub slippery.

The room was clean and it was a fairly low price.

Cons:

The facility is in need of a total remodel. There were gaps in the door frame to the outside that let air, sound and cigarette smoke into the room. The toilets looked like they were made for pre-schoolers, like 12” tall. The rooms are in separate buildings, so you are exposed to the rain when loading your car. The free breakfast is Hostess Danish pastry, a muffin or instant grits and oatmeal.

I have visited many hotels. This one was hands down the worst experience.
Cons:

I arrived quite late and had to make the trip from the reception to three different rooms three times in order to find out that none of the rooms that I had been sent to had been prepared - as in, they were frankly disgusting, food all over the place, just nasty nasty stuff and garbage. Beds were not made at all.

In addition, there was quite a pervasive smell of, I presume, mold or something unpleasant throughout the different locations of the hotel that I ended up visiting.

Never disclosed the massive construction being done overnight outside the hotel on the highway...LOUD MACJINES ALL NIGHT!! Toilet didn't flush properly, had to remove the lid and flush manually. Floor was gritty/ sandy. Pillows are horrible.

Pros:

I was double charged, I asked for a remote for the tv and was told that we don't have extras to give and we have all the remotes locked up and that who has they key is not here. The pool was closed, my coffee pot didn't work. I'm extremely upset.
