Good location, no phone, no maid service, no ice.
Pros:

We didn't eat the breakfast. The location was very good. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

Cons:

We had no maid service in the 3 nights we stayed. We had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels. We had to go back to the room and get our dirty towels and take them to her, before she could give us more clean ones. There was no phone in the room. The ice machine stopped working on day 2.

Smoke smelled room that should not have been

I did not like getting a non smoking handicapped accessible room only to have my son stop me before entering telling me your not going to be happy and closing the door. Smell of smoke was discusting. So we had to take a different room that was not handicapped accessible. So with one leg do you realize what its like trying to shower in a tub that small with no grab bars . How UNSAFE that is. Thank God I didn't get hurt. But how you have a non smoking room and the cleaning staff doesnt realize it smells and do something about it is really ridiculous. I am really upset with that. And really glad and your lucky I didn't get hurt. All over the discusting smell of smoke my safety was put to the test. That is sad. And I will convey that to anyone who asks.

Very disappointing
Pros:

Christina Latten is very unprofessional and the maid Tim called me a liar because I had an episode because I have trouble breathing and the toilet has been leaking for days and after the third day, it was just too much it started smelling like mildew and I tried to speak with her and she said I was trying I went to the hospital and was admitted for two days and she said I was trying to blame my heart problems on her but all I wanted was a new room. Maybe caught me a night or two because I am behind on moving because they would not move me that night of guy named Justin would not move me. He said because I booked through a third-party, which is very unprofessional.

Cons:

The people the smell no fans in the bathroom the toilet have been leaking and caused a smell that made me sick. I had to go to the hospital after I asked them to change my room. They said they couldn’t do it until the morning. I went and spoke with a manager Christina this morning. She was very unprofessional, not a empathetic bone in her body. Not a very good experience at all don’t come here stay away.

This location not so good. We heard the interstate traffic all night
Pros:

Room clean. Bathroom needs a bad upgrade. Internet not so good. If you like a morning coffee before 6a.m. , it may not be possible. Over night clerk hide behind a large towel covering the night service window and had to ring bell and still after he peered out he wasn’t very helpful. In defense of him it was 5 a.m. in the morning I just wanted a coffee and get on the road. The main lobby was locked up.
