Letto comodo, bagno provvisto di vari prodotti (shampoo, body shower, conditioner, body lotion), stanza ampia, comoda e sempre pulita. Inoltre nell'ultimo piano è possibile usufruire di palestra, sauna, piscina e bar Rooftop con vista sulla città. Centro commerciale Nuevo Centro super vicino. Vicine anche le fermate meteo e bus. Hotel veramente consigliato!

Pros:

The hotel was very pleasant, and its location was convenient, about a 15-minute walk from the Old Town. There is also a large shopping mall nearby.
The swimming pool was quite small but sufficient for cooling off on hot days. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

There were two significant drawbacks. First, despite there being four elevators, not all of them were operational, resulting in long waiting times. Second, something that is standard in most hotels was missing – there was no kettle in the room to prepare tea or coffee. There was not even a complimentary bottle of water; the only water available was for purchase from the minibar.
Considering the hotel’s standard, the high room rate, and the hot Spanish climate, complimentary bottled water and basic tea and coffee-making facilities should be provided as a matter of course.

One of the most comfortable and spotless hotels we have stayed in
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The location is excellent: a quiet, green neighborhood with plenty of cafés, a large shopping mall, supermarket, metro access, and a beautiful city beach just across the road. Unlike the busy city center, the area is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The breakfast was outstanding, with fresh and delicious food, great coffee, and a wide variety of fruits. The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight of our stay, offering breathtaking views of the entire city.

What impressed us most was the exceptional cleanliness. We have stayed in many hotels, but rarely have we seen such a high standard. The room and bathroom were spotless, everything was shining, and housekeeping kept everything perfect every day.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the minibar was especially convenient for grabbing cold water before heading to the beach.

The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed.

Overall, we were impressed by the comfort, cleanliness, service, amazing views, and peaceful atmosphere. A perfect place for a truly relaxing stay, and we would gladly return.

Cons:

Nothing major to improve. Adding photos of Valencia’s beautiful architecture, the Old Town, the City of Arts and Sciences, or artwork inspired by Joaquín Sorolla could make the rooms feel even more unique, cozy, and connected to the local culture.

Pros:

Nos ha gustado todo. El personal es atento, amable y servicial. Queremos destacar especialmente a Casi, de recepción y del restaurante. La habitación era limpia, amplia, con una cama muy cómoda y una ropa de cama excelente. La zona de dormir se cerraba con una puerta adicional, lo que mejoraba el aislamiento acústico y facilitaba el descanso. No se oían los ruidos del pasillo. También fue muy práctico disponer de aparcamiento en la planta -2.

Cons:

El único inconveniente fue que no conseguimos que nos atendiera el camarero de la planta 0. Volvimos de pasear, agotados por el calor agobiante, y queríamos tomar una jarra de cerveza fresca en el sport bar, pero durante 15 minutos nadie vino a atendernos, a pesar de que pulsamos el botón de llamada tanto en la barra como en la mesa. Esto ocurrió a las 7 de la tard
