Pros:

La habitación es cómoda así como el baño, tiene un gran desayuno y una excelente ubicación.

Cons:

El personal de recepción no se caracteriza por ser muy amable, con un par de excepciones. Algo que me pareció raro es que en el room service te cobraban 4 euros si extra si el consumo era inferior a 12 euros. Tampoco tienen el servicio o asistencia médica como para un auxilio. Debo recalcar el excelente servicio de Elena supervisora de recepción que fue amable y nos ayudó en nuestros requerimientos, así como el servicio de Lorena de restaurante quien es una persona muy amable y cálida. Ambos requisitos indispensables en el negocio hotelero. Podrían ofrecer comodidades extra como servicio de lavandería o una cafetera o microondas en las habitaciones para estancias largas, estuve casi un mes.

Cons:

No funcionaban bien las luces. Parpadeaban.
Me quede sin electeicidad en la habitacion y tuve que cambiarme a otra co. Todo el equipaje instalado en el armario.

No hay silla para poder trabajar; solo sofas.
