Un puente ideal para disfrutar.
Pros:

Estaba muy bien. Lo único un poco alejado del centro. 25 min a pie. El tiempo en Octubre espectacular.

Hohe Standards, wie von NH gewohnt
Pros:

Wir haben 7 Nächte im Hotel verbracht und grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, von guter Qualität und ausgiebig. Das Personal bekommt die Höchstbewertung! Egal ob beim Frühstück, Empfang, Zimmerreinigung oder im Bar: immer professionell gut gelaunt lösungsorientiert und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war auf dem 11. Stock, also direkt unter dem pool, Dachterrasse und Gym. Leider war das Geräusch einer Anlage - vlt. vom Pool oder die von der Lüftung?- immer zu hören, egal on Abends um 19.00 oder nachts um 3.00. Am Tag hätte es uns nicht gestört, aber in der Nacht war es ziemlich laut. Konnte daher nicht so gut durchschlafen. Wir haben aber nicht reklamiert.

Overall a disappointment and would not use this hotel again.
Pros:

The room was well decorated and clean. The cupboards and furniture were tasteful. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The ladies at the front desk were also friendly and helpful but they were unable to resolve many of the issues because they have no control over the bed and the IT department is outsourced. I liked that the parking was connected to the hotel and that you can easily access the hotel elevators from the basement of the parking lot.

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I felt every spring and when I laid on the bed and I felt like I was going to fall off the bed as the springs were uneven. It is cleary either an old or damaged bed. I had back pain on the second night and I decided I was going to cut my birthday vacation short so left 2 days early. In addition there was a laundry closet next to room 518, where I stayed . The person who worked in that cupboard made a lot of noise. I tried to rest during the day and was continually awaken by someone banging around in the laundry closet. I had no wifi for the entire stay even though the front desk kindly gave me premium wifi. I still had no connection and they said they were going to get the IT company out to fix it but no one followed up with me. I was unable to logon and do some work. With the noise, uncomfortable bed, and no wifi, it is the worst 4 star hotel experience I have ever encountered. Truly disappointed. To the senior management - it is a disgrace to put anyone in room 518. Also one of the days there were workmen dragging around a ladder on the 5th floor which was unbearable. Staff and workmen need to be considerate of guests in the hotel and keep noise to a minimum.

A estadia foi muito boa, confortável, eu recomendo
Pros:

A limpeza, o café da manhã e a localização próxima a bons restaurantes e ao parque linear. Fácil chegar ao centro histórico a pé. Da área da piscina a vista e do quarto se tem vistas lindíssimas

Pros:

Het was een heerlijke kamer, het ontbijt was echt heel goed en de ligging van het hotel tov het park en t potentie centrum was heel goed.

Cons:

Het zwembadje was wel heel erg klein. Je kon als n goudvis rondjes zwemmen.

Pros:

Si on dit chien admis même si ce n’est pas possible et nous le comprenons de l’amener au restaurant il devrait avoir un espace pour cela comme à Salamanca ou aranjuez . Ici niet c’est niet et le restaurant est vide de chez vide .
