Pros:

What's wrong with hotel beds?

Book a hotel these days and you pay in advance, sight unseen, for a room that's too small and too expensive. You arrive tired, and however good or bad the place you came from, this isn't home. The cleaning staff shout across the hallways. Worst of all are the beds. Hotels forget that hygiene and a comfortable bed matter most, and they've settled for mattresses whose springs bounce you around like springs instead of letting you rest. Even in a brand-new hotel, which is always what I look for, the bed is a pain, and I never manage to sleep. And I'm not a salesperson who travels four days a week.

ROACHES

Location was good.

Cons:

I was only in the room for 10 minutes & ROACHES began to crawl out on the sink & walls. I immediately request a check out. The staff wanted to accommodate another room but it wasn't convenient for the amout of ppl & the 3rd room shown had leftover food containers in the cabinets... which lead to ROACHES! I request a refund.. we were in there less than 30 minutes! They refused to refund me! How ABSURD!!! So I booked a different hotel & GUESS WHAT!? ROACHES were coming out our bags in the new hotel!! OMG!! NASTY! we had to get roach spray & spray our room because we literally witnessed the roach crawling out the bag.. although only in the room 15 minutes! We had stowaways! Had to dump our luggage out in parking lot to assure WE WERE SAFE. TOTALLY ABSURD! WITH NO REFUND.. I Am utterly displeased!

We felt the room is dusty, the room doesn't smell nice, bed sheet are not so clean.

I wouldn’t stay here , I went this to lobby and was told they couldn’t do anything about it.

Our room was full of roaches !!! Coming from everywhere! It was like they came out to greet us when we walked in & was there for 5 minutes . We slept in the car. Roaches on the head boards, coming out the sofa, microwave, cabinets . I’ve never experienced this in my 31 years of life. And I’m not exaggerating.

Property was decent and room was okay

Cons:

Roaches in the bathroom, one of the bathroom lights weren’t working and on check out day the water was shut off due to a pipe being repaired and I was supposed to get a 15% discount but it was never received
