Pros:

The rooms were nice. More like a one bedroom apt than a hotel room.

Cons:

The breakfast. I'd figure that we would get egg waffle all that but wasn't the case

Could have been better.
Pros:

Location was perfect for my family needs.

Cons:

Keys that didn't work. Sofa bed broken, so they had to change rooms. I had no help when the keys they gave me to move from one room to another didn't work.

The a'la carte menu for everything. I wasn't expecting hostel style accomodations. I've frequent this spot when it was Residents Inn. Because of the room sizes, amenties and location.

First time in Houston and this property ruined experience

Convince by the mall

Cons:

Staff not available, phones didn’t work in room, fire alarm system kept going off from 4am-730am ruined one of our vacation days we missed paid events due to lack of sleep, all we got was sorry and hung up.

Glad it was just a few days. This place needs some maintenance and upgrade.
Pros:

Parking was free.

Cons:

All but one of the washing machines were broken.
All amenities from front desk.
The hotel is very old and in need of upgrade
When we were there, people were hanging out outside their doors like they live there.

Everything. I was charged full price for a room with multiple with not real attempts to accommodate me until it was time for basically to leave. Was going to let it go an stay additional nights if they gave me a discount for the inconveniences only to be told no. Please don’t stay at this location. Horrible.

Pros:

Lo que más me gustó del hotel fue su ubicación cerca del galería mall, asi que podíamos ir caminando para comprar comida en el mall como a 7 minutos caminando y que es pet friendly. Me gustó que los cuartos están equipados con refrigerador y microondas,.también tienen una pequeña estufa. Hay café y barritas en el lobby en el desayuno

El elevador nunca funcionó y estábamos en el tercer piso, fue complicado subir y bajar con las maletas y cargando a mi perro, el estacionamiento olía a mariguana todo el tiempo porque algunas personas se encierran en sus carros a fumar, las habitaciones se ven un poco anticuadas pero mientras esté limpio no me importa y si estaba limpio
