La ubicación y el cuarto, muy buen tamaño, cómodo y limpio.

Cons:

Que dicen que hay desayuno y lo unico que ponen son sobres de avena y el agua para poder comer la avena, estaba tibia.

Creo que seria mejor, que digan que no hay desayuno incluido.

El elevador no servía casi nunca.

Otro detalle es que todo el tiempo olía a mota, esto lo hace incómodo, sobre todo si vas con niños.

Cons:

Que solicite la cancelación de la reservación y no tuve respuesta. Llegó mi esposa al lugar y tuvo que pagar otra reservación porque no le dieron seguimiento a mi cancelación y nos cobraron DOBLE RESERVACION. El hotel no hace room.service y estuvimos 3 días sin el servicio de limpieza en el cuarto ya que lo hacen cada MES.

I didn't stay, I left!

The receptionist was very polite.

Cons:

I am disabled and have major difficulties with stairs. I was offered a room on the 3rd floor and specifically asked if an elevator was available to use? The front desk person replied - Yes. Only to find out the elevator was not working! So I requested a room on the first floor., the receptionist replied -Yes there is a room but with an up charge extra fee or they could cancel and refund the reservation. I chose the cancelation option.

Localização ótima. Quartos simples porem bons para uma estadia curta.
Pros:

Quarto simples. Wi-Fi bom do local. Um pouco difícil de achar vaga proximo do quarto mas tudo bem.

Cons:

A recepção nao passou corretamente o horário do café da manha e acabei perdendo, se possível, ser mais especifico.

Comfortable, convenient, but nothing fancy.
Pros:

Great location, and the rooms are comfortable, but not as well equipped. You have to ask for even a plate and cup, but otherwise perfectly adequate, especially for the location.

Cons:

Could be noisy at night, but that is largely a weekend issue otherwise it’s fine

Pros:

The only thing worse than the cockroach-infested room in which I stayed was the lack of care by management to address egregious onsite situations and cleanliness. I was assaulted (threatened) by a guest having a loud party next to my room for ruining their after hours illegal party. It took management over an hour to come to my room and address this egregious situation. Based on my experience, this hotel is not only dirty but poorly managed with zero care for their guests' comfort. It appears that the unsavory organizational culture at the hotel is not only supported but encouraged by management. If you value your comfort and safety, do not stay here.
