The Staff was friendly especially Trenice. She was very nice..And made my stay better. The morning breakfast was great by the way. And the staff was very helpful with anything I needed. And the location was close to everything unwanted to do. I will definitely go back.

It was quiet and homey..The hotel was vlose to everything 10 to15min from.everything I wanted to do. And the people were friendly.

Was pretty short stay but what we needed
Pros:

It was handy to the Galleria and the rooms were a good size

Cons:

The fridge! What a terrible noise it made. Had to unplug it to sleep. Needs serious maintenance.

Great location/ Hidden gem,but needs a little update
Pros:

The staff was wonderful, and the ease of access makes life so much better. I also like how quiet it is.

Cons:

The room is not updated, the bed is very used and so are the pillows. If anything needs to changed, it should definitely be the beds. Ours sagged in the middle and you can feel the springs through it. We did wake up sore.

Terrible Hotel

Okay so as a Titanium Elite (lifetime) member, they did give me an upgraded room and offered me food items. But the room was terrible. This place is terrible. The couch in the room was so worn out that when you sat down it was sitting into a hole. The kitchen (full kitchen) had a big puddle in the middle of the kitchen leaking water from the fridge. I tried to call the front desk to report it but the phone was dead!! So went downstairs to report and the front desk was pretty indifferent and gave me a stack of towels. Now the TV was from 2003 and when you turn it on it turned on to "No Signal". Now to the bedroom, the bed was past worn out. I reported everything the next AM to front desk and they really didn't seem to care. Avoid!!!
