Pros:

Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Und die Lage des Hotels.
Die Klimaanlage funktionierte. Nachts war kaum was von der Straße zuhören.

Cons:

Das Bett war einwenig zu hart.
Die Kopfkissen hätten größer und gefüllter sein können.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, alle Öffis quasi vor der Haustür.

Cons:

Der „Nachtportier“ war sehr unfreundlich, wollte uns quasi aus der Lounge vertreiben dabei haben wir niemanden gestört. Wir haben uns sehr leise unterhalten. Er wollte uns ins Zimmer schicken

Great to discover local life of Hamburg!
Pros:

Great location for Hamburg travellers. Close to all the place and bit more cozy compare to Main station area. Can feel local life and great for shopping the local things.

The place is next to the station, bit of noise in the morning time with huge trains.
