Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Betten waren uns leider zu hart. Das Frühstück war schon einmal besser. Es gab kein frisches Obst und die Auswahl war überschaulich.

Für eine Nacht ausreichend, für einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich es nicht empfehlen

Durch die Lage, direkt am Bahnhof Altona, hat man gute Anbindungen zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln

Cons:

Klimaanlage war defekt; durch die direkte Lage am Bahnhof Altona war es nicht möglich bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen; aus dem Wasserhahn und aus der Dusche kam kaum KALTES Wasser, das warme Wasser war so heiß, dass man sich fast verbrüht hat; die Auswahl beim Frühstück war eher gering,

Pros:

Das Zimmer war gegenüber vom Bahnhof Altona somit sehr ruhig

Cons:

Es gab ein Problem mit der Unterbringung der Fahrräder
Obwohl wir eine Zusage zur Unterbringung im Kofferbereich vom ersten Mitarbeiter hatten wurde das durch den nächsten Mitarbeiter abgelehnt
Somit mussten wir die Fahrräder mit auf unser Zimmer nehmen

The guy reception at night is good..he is calm and seems kind.

Cons:

BED BAGS! be aware. Plus security breach, they gave me a key card and someone was sleeping inside. Sent an email to them about this tthey refunded the 1 night stay and standard email. They ignored the security issue. Gave me a key card at 1230am only to find someone is sleeping inside. Currently reporting this issue to appropriate authorities.

Top Lage, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ausbaufähig.
Pros:

Top Lage. Direkt am Bahnhof und somit kurze Wege zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Der Lärm des Bahnhofs ist im Hotel nicht zu hören. Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein. Hartes Bett und quietschende Badtür. Im Hotel sehr hoher Geräuschpegel. Kein WLAN bzw. nur via Anmeldung Drittanbieter möglich.
