Cons:

A large hotel like this shouldn't require customers to fill out their own check-in forms. And the problem with the room key card meant customers had to waste time coming down to get a new one

Restaurant und Bar am Sonntag Abend nur eingeschränkt oder gar nicht verfügbar. Vorherige Ankündigung wäre hilfreich gewesen. Parkhausgebühren sehr hoch.

Der Empfang war unfreundlich.
Zimmer sehr schön und sauber.
Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen .
Auch das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich.
Die Tiefgaragen Plätze sind sehr eng.Auch die Reglung wenn man nach dem einchecken und bezahlen mal raus fahren will ....bei wiederkommen kein Anrecht mehr auf Parkplatz. ....Wir sollen öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen...finde ich sehr befremdlich und schon unverschämt.
Man bekommt zwar due hohen Parkgebühr in diesem Fall zurück....aber was soll das ein entspannter Aufenthalt sein?

Zimmer zu Strasse extrem laut.
Klimaanlage ebenfalls. ..

Pros:

Das Hotel ist super sauber. Es hat eine super Verkehrsanbindung sowohl zur Autobahn als auch öffentlich mit Straßenbahn. Am besten war das Frühstück. Als gebürtige Sächsin die mittlerweile in Bayern lebt habe ich mich besonders über die Quarkkeulchen gefreut. Kleinen punktabzug gibt es von mir für das Bett. Die Matratze könnte etwas bequemer sein aber das sieht sicher auch jeder etwas anders. Wir kommen gern wieder. :)
