Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, ein Haus mit Klasse und Charme, ein tolles Zimmer und ein grandioses Frühstück. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4. Stock. Trotz ausgeschalteter Lüftung, war die ganze Nacht das Brummen der Lüftungsanlage zu hören. So etwas sollte nicht sein. Der Schlaf war deshalb eher suboptimal.

Schönes Hotel, Top-Lage, sehr freundliches Restaurant-Personal

Personal im Restaurant sehr, sehr freundlich und sehr um das Wohl der großen und kleinen Gäste bemüht!!!
Sehr schöne große holzgeschnitzte Madonna im Hotel-Eingangsbereich!

Cons:

Parkplatz-Situation in der hoteleigenen Parkgarage sehr angespannt. Reservierung eines Parkplatzes leider auf Anfrage bei der Rezeption unmöglich…. Weiters war es leider nicht möglich am vorletzten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes, trotz rechtzeitiger Anfrage mittags an der Rezeption, einen Tisch für 2 Personen zum Abendessen zu bekommen und das bei einem 5* Hotel… - wir haben dann via Roomservice bestellt, hat funktioniert.

Tadelloser Rahmen für ein familiäres Treffen.

Wunderbares Zimmer für uns zu viert: zwei Großeltern und zwei Enkelkinder,

Great hotel, great location!
Pros:

The room was wonderful, the bathroom was roomy with 2 sinks, and the breakfast was really, really good! The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout. The location was right on the Main Street of Augsburg but there was almost no road noise at all! It was a short 2 minute walk to the main square and Rathaus.

Cons:

Only 2 things changed a “10” to a “9”. First, parking is extremely expensive for an already expensive hotel room. (IMO, 25E/night is crazy!). Second, the last night an extremely loud party on the ground floor boomed dance music throughout the hotel until past 1:00 AM. It certainly kept us up on the second floor until it shut down. Other than these things the hotel was fantastic!

Pros:

excelente ubicación, habitación hermosa y muy cómoda. Valoro positivamente muchos detalles como balanza en el baño. Sauna y duchas frías muy agradables y el local de venta de joyas antiguas fue un sueño.

Cons:

No habían muchas opciones de comida vegana, así que tuvimos que comer fuera. La descripción decía que el hotel tenía estacionamiento y no es así, el estacionamiento afuera, justo al lado, no hay nadie que te ayude con las maletas para entrar al hotel y al final te cobran el estacionamiento aparte. Este cobro extra no me pareció y creo que deberían transparentar el asunto.
