Service was good, but the accommodation was below expectations for the price/category.
Pros:

The staff was courteous and helpful, and they kindly tried to accommodate our earlier check-in, which we appreciated. The breakfast was also excellent.

However, the room was quite small and uncomfortable for three guests. Although the booking was for three people, the room was initially prepared for only two, so we had to request additional towels and glasses. Basic amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and bar soap were also missing, which was surprising for a hotel in this category.

The bathroom was very small, and overall, the room did not feel comparable to the standard usually expected from higher-end hotels in Europe.

Cons:

Improving room preparation for the correct number of guests and enhancing the in-room amenities would greatly improve the guest experience.
