I liked the hotel and will most probably come again definitely. There are minor issiues to fix.
Pros:

Reception staff specially mrs. Singh was very helpful. The location is great; the hotel is nice. Concierge man was sweet to give our daughter a kids present and very helpful.

Cons:

Some things were missing; bath slippers, a holder for toothpaste and extra water etc. The waterfil was smelling and was not nice to drink. The checkout processes are too long while some groups blocked the reception staff. There needs to be a checkout online process so that reception takes minimal time.
There needs to be staff to help people to room with laugages.

hotel ok, chociaż droższy od innych tej klasy

Cons:

3x prosiłem personel recepcji o fakturę. Pierwsza osoba jej nie przygotowała w ogóle, druga osoba wystawiła fakturę na złe dane, i w końcu zostawiłem dane do faktury, żeby ją przesłać na maila, bo już nie miałem czasu czekać w recepcji. Przyszła na maila ale ponownie została błędnie wystawiona, bez nr VAT. Napisałem maila, że brakuje nr VAT ale nigdy nie otrzymałem poprawionej faktury.

Very pleasant. Nice room, nice breakfast, nice price. Definately coming back!
Pros:

Excellent! Amazing choices. Great omelettes. Nice bread. We stayed for 1,5 hrs in order to sample everything. No need for lunch that day.

Cons:

The waitress who tipped all of the crumbs onto the table every time she came round to clear the plates away.

Tolles Stadthotel in ausgezeichneter Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, beide waren sehr schön, sauber und die Betten wirklich bequem! Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Auch die Lage war klasse!

Cons:

In der ersten Nacht hatten wir leider einen sehr lauten Nachbarn und auch in der zweiten Nacht wurde neben an im Zimmer gefeiert bis 3:30Uhr. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, uns wurde auch ein neues Zimmer angeboten.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und passend für ein Stadthotel. Der Empfang war freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Als kleiner Tipp für das Personal am Frühstück - die Berliner Schnauze st nicht für jeden Gast akzeptabel.

Gastronomie eher unterdurchschnittlich. Personal an der Rezeption inkompetent und nur bedingt kooperativ. Keine mini-bar im Zimmer. Ausstattung des Bades minimalistisch.
