Alles gut, kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Frühstück mehr als ausreichend, alles was das Herz begehrt! Zimmer sehr sauber, auch das Badezimmer. Personal, vor allem der Portier, super nett. U-Bahn gleich in der Nähe inkl. Shoppingmeile Kurfürstendamm und Tauentzienstraße.

Cons:

Personal beim Frühstück war übermotiviert, haben das Geschirr immer gleich abgeräumt auch wenn man noch nicht fertig war :-) Falls es Azubis waren, vielleicht eine bessere Einschulung...

Paid for 5 star and received a Budget Hotel Stay

Very disappointing experience for a hotel that presents itself as a 5-star property. During my stay, housekeeping spilled an expensive serum belonging to me (the hotel eventually reimbursed me), repeatedly left the room untidy, failed to dispose of rubbish properly, and I even found hair in the shower. There was also persistent noise coming from the air conditioning, which affected my comfort throughout the stay.

What was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled afterwards. I raised my concerns and was promised a response within 1–2 days of checking out. Instead, I had to send three follow-up emails before receiving a reply. When management finally responded, they seemed focused on finding excuses rather than resolving the issue, even suggesting that housekeeping may not have been responsible for spilling the serum despite the hotel having reimbursed me for it. After that exchange, my emails were simply ignored.

Mistakes can happen at any hotel, but the response and level of customer care were far below what I would expect from a 5-star property. Overall, this felt much more like a budget hotel experience than a luxury one.
