* Zimmer bei der Ankunft sehr kühl
* Bei unserer letzten Abreise in 11/2025 hatten wir für 02/2036 Zimmerwunsch zum Innenhof geäußert, wurde auch von der Rezeption in meinem Beisein so hinterlegt. Bei jetziger Anreise in 02/2026 konnte sich an der Rezeption keiner mehr daran erinnern bzw. im Buchungssystem nichts dazu finden. Nur mit erheblichem Aufwand wurde noch ein Zimmer zum Innenhof für uns gefunden. Das sollte besser, wenn im Vorfeld dazu kommuniziert worden ist. Dennoch werden wir weiterhin gern in dieses schöne Hotel zurückkehren.

Tolle Lage und hervorragender Service
Pros:

Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich beim Team dieses Hotels bedanken. Nach meiner Abreise habe ich erst zu Hause in Nordrhein-Westfalen festgestellt, dass ich meinen Wohnungsschlüssel im Zimmer vergessen hatte. Da der Verlust eines Schlüssels in Deutschland mit viel Aufwand und hohen Kosten verbunden sein kann, war ich wirklich sehr besorgt.

Ich habe sofort die Rezeption kontaktiert und wurde dort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit unterstützt. Mein Schlüssel wurde schnell gefunden und mir bereits am nächsten Tag per DHL zugeschickt. Dafür bin ich dem Hotelteam wirklich sehr dankbar.

Ein so zuverlässiger und aufmerksamer Service ist nicht selbstverständlich. Beim nächsten Mal in Berlin werde ich sehr gerne wieder hier übernachten.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre noch der Teppich im Zimmer. Darauf waren leichte bräunliche Flecken zu sehen, die offenbar nicht vollständig entfernt werden konnten. Im Hinblick auf den Gesamteindruck des Hotels könnte man darüber nachdenken, den Teppich auszutauschen.
