Lage gut

Cons:

Gebuchte Zimmerkategorie nicht mehr verfügbar. Upgrade bekommen allerdings das war eher ein Downgrade. Wurde ich nicht mehr buchen. Extrem teuer

Gute Zimmergröße, auch das Bad top. Ein kleiner Willkommens-Cookie :)

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln, bis auf den verlorenen Kampf, irgendwie die umgeschlagene Decke hervorzuziehen.

Irritating noise in all room’s air conditioning system
Cons:

I’ve stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. The hotel’s location is good, BUT there is an annoying noise coming from the air conditioning system in almost all rooms.
On my first night, I couldn’t figure out why I was having nightmares. On the second night, I realized it was because of the constant noise from the air conditioning — it never stops and keeps making these irritating sounds. I asked the staff for help, and they showed me two more rooms, both of which had the exact same problem. In the end, I had to ask for earplugs to get some sleep during the last two nights.
I am strictly disappointed and do not recommend this hotel unless they announce that the issue has been fixed.
I’m sure that if this had happened in any other hotel, the staff would have apologized or offered some gesture to the guests. Instead, their attitude was simply “it is what it is.”

Alles gut, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir konnten unser Zimmer bis 13.00 Uhr behalten.

Cons:

Im Bad war das Kosmetikpapier nicht nachgefüllt gewesen. Die Kleidung einiger Gäste dem Haus nicht angepasst.

Pros:

Ubytovani bylo super. Personal velmi prijemny, ochotny pomoci. Pokoje ciste, vonave, postele pohodlne. Snidane bohate a chutne. Lokalita naprosto perfektni. Pomud znovu do Berlina, tak opet do tohoto hotelu.

Excellent hotel and staff - no complaints. The Water refill facility should be followed by all hotel

Excellent staff, very nice environment, very clean, love the Brita water filler - water at your fingertips. Loved it and would stay again. Staff were brilliant.
