Mein Vater ist nach einem langen Flug hier gestrandet, um eine Nacht zu überbrücken. Er erzählte mir es war alles top, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück gab es schon um 5.30- ein großer Pluspunkt. Vielen Dank

Cons:

Die Toilette war von außen stark verschmutzt. Die Klimaanlage sowie Dunstabzug im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem. Insgesamt nicht das, was man von Steigenberger erwartet. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant (Burger) war unterdurchschnittlich, dafür zum doppelten Preis vergleichbar mit sehr guten Burgerrestaurants. In einer Speisekarte klebten auf mehreren Seiten Essensreste. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend.
