Last night in Germany
Pros:

The location is perfect, right across from a walkable path through the forest and not far from Frankfurt. It's a very clean hotel and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. There are shuttles to terminal 1 and 2 but not to terminal 3. Our taxi cost 25 euro and the cab did not take credit cards.

Overall, we had a good stay.
Pros:

Excellent proximity to the airport. The free shuttlebus to and from the airport was very helpful too.

Cons:

It took a long time to check in. There was a large queue and only 1 staff member available. Self check-in was closed.

Pros:

Wir haben nur jeweils eine Nacht vor und nach unserem Urlaub übernachtet.
Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr saubere Zimmer, und nicht zuletzt ein wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet.
Zudem ist der kostenlose Shuttlebus zum Flughafen ein Pluspunkt!

Preis für eine Übernachtung ok, Nähe zum Flughafen mit kostenlosem Shuttle gut.
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist super, vor allem durch das kostenlose Shuttle (leider beide Male sehr voll und die Kofferablage war schwierig zu beladen). Frühstück habe ich nicht genutzt, da ich früh zum Flieger musste.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer war ausreichend und ok. Leider bröselte die Farbe an der Wand etwas ab und die Kaffeekapseln, der Zucker und die Kaffeemaschine auf dem kl. Tisch waren nicht sauber und haben nicht zur Nutzung eingeladen.

Long check in process and pool not working made our stay disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was great. I appreciated that there were some vegan options.

Cons:

I checked in online ahead of time, yet I still had to wait about 15 minutes in line just to receive my room key. Only two staff members were checking guests in, and the line was very long. I was relatively far ahead in the line, so others likely waited even longer. It made no sense to check in online if I still had to wait in the same line for this long just to get a key.

My room was 960, which was actually located on the 8th floor. This was confusing and was not explained clearly at check-in. Naturally, we went to the 9th floor first, only to discover that the room was not there. After already waiting for the key, we then spent approximately another 20 minutes walking around trying to find our room.

Most importantly, the pool was closed. I understand that unexpected maintenance issues happen, but the pool was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. I specifically chose a hotel with a pool because I was traveling with children. The hotel advertised a pool, but there was no pool available for us to use. Had I known this beforehand, I would not have booked a room here. This was extremely disappointing, especially for my children.

There also did not seem to be any alternative activities for children, such as a game room or another family-friendly space. Without the pool, there was essentially nothing for the kids to do at the hotel. Based on our experience, I would not consider this hotel particularly suitable for families traveling with children.

Connecting to the internet was also unnecessarily complicated, and I eventually had to ask a staff member for help. This added even more time and frustration after an already lengthy arrival process.

Overall, our stay was disappointing. Between the long check-in process despite checking in online, the confusing location of our room, the difficulty connecting to the internet, and most importantly the unavailable pool, the experience was not what we expected when we booked this hotel.
