The stayed with family and choose this hotel for the swimming pool. Unfortunately it was closed and there was no announcement made, which is extremely unfortunate and disappointing. Also the air conditioning was not working and no free wifi except for registered members...

Hotelbus zum Flughafen sehr zeitraubend. Der Bus scheppert mindestens 10 Minuten zum Flughafen Terminal 1. Bei Stau können daraus auch mal 20 Minuten oder mehr werden.
We booked an overnight stay on our way back from Malta to the US. Upon checking in, many things did not work - air conditioning (over 90 F), refrigerator didn’t work, phone didn’t work. When we inquired at the front desk, the Ass. (that’s what his business card says, lol) Front Office Manager, Vincent, was condescending and told us their standards were not the same as in the US. What? Both myself and my traveling companion have been in the hospitality industry (both domestic and international for decades). Unacceptable customer service and treated us as stupid women.
Die Mitarbeiten, egal ob im Restaurant oder an der Rezeption, sind sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert. Solche Dienstleister sind eine Freunde.
Das Zimmer geht heute nicht mehr. Als Einzelzimmer winzig klein, der Vorhang hat seit Jahren keine Waschmaschine mehr gesehen und der Teppich gehört grundgereinigt - eigentlich gehört er ersetzt. Das Badezimmer ist winzig, Schwarzschimmel egal wohin man schaut.
Internet stand nicht zur Verfügung.

Empfsngspersonal war ausgezeichnet und hilfsbereit.
Die Klimaanlage hat nirgends wirklich funktioniert. In einem Zimmer Gefühle 30 Grad C. Auf Frage wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer im Executive Tower angeboten, wo aber auch die Klima nicht funktioniert hat (bei 31 Grad C Außentemperatur).
Bei Frühstück ist mir die Gabel vom Teller gerutscht und die Hotelangestellte im Frühstücksbereich hat’s gesehen, sich aber umgedreht, anstatt mir eine neue Gabel zu bringen, die neu Gabel habe ich mir von einem anderen Tisch geholt.
The room was very big. the ensuite was great for our accomodations. The view was cool!
The room was hot and we could not adjust the temperature, no matter how hard we tried. Went down and they brought up a fan that did help a bit. One clarification that should have been indicated, when you pull the light card, along with turning out the lights, it also turns off the outlets nearest to the card. The outlet nearest to the card was plugged into my mother's oxygen concentrator! She needs the oxygen to breathe and after 3 hours of no power to that outlet, her battery died... Luckily I figured out the problem and pushed the card back into the slot to turn the lights and get my mother's oxygen concentrator working and charging again. A note on the door or at check in surrounding that power issue will probably save a life!!!

The room was so hot. In the middle of the night, I went down to seek help because the AC was as not working in my room. I was given another room which was also hot.
The next day, I was given another room, making it the third room in 2 nights. This room was also hot. Something radically wrong with the Air Conditioning.
None of the phone lines, including the emergency line in all three rooms worked. Why keep phones if you don’t want the guests to call you?!
This property should not be called a Hotel. It is a poorly maintained, cheap Motel at best.
