This is not my first time at this hotel. Overall, it's nice to go back to a place you've been to and come back because you were satisfied. I went back because the location is great, the hotel is very nice, the food is excellent, but still, there was one problem in the room. The air conditioner didn't work properly, even though instructions were left on how to operate it, the mode selector was on automatic mode with no option to change. I went to the reception, they promised they would send someone to take care of it. Apparently there was someone, but still, when I went back to the room, it was possible to control the temperature, which was still on the lowest setting, but not the fan power, so no problem was solved. It was very hot and it was impossible to cool the room, which is a shame.
A quality, traditional hotel at the rates of generally cheaper chains. Shuttle bus service to and from the terminal, excellent bar food.

1. El shuttle FRAPORT al hotel JAMAS llegó, utilice un taxi para llegar al hotel
2. Me asignaron habitacion numero 521 de no mas de 15 M2 cuando entendi cuando reserve con Booking que hablamos de una habitacion de mas de 20 m2
3. La habitacion 521 ademas de excesivamente pequeña tiene mobiliario muy viejo y mal mantenido, sucio en general
4. Solicite el cambio de habitacion pagando una diferencia que me exigieron (50 Euros) y me asignaron la habitacion 366 cuando intente ingresar me percate que estaba ocupada por otro huesped
5. Solicite una nueva habitacion y me asignaron la 360 de la que solicite el cambio pues no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y el calor era insoportable
6. Me asignaron la habitacion 829 en la que todo funcionaba bien
7. En tanto cambio de habitacion perdi un anillo y de inmediato les solicite que me apoyaran prestandome la llave de las habitaciones 521 y 360, solo puede revisar la 360 pues no accedieron a darme acceso a la 521
8. Hasta el momento de escribir estas lineas no he tenido respuesta si fue localizado el anillo que lamentablemente perdi, Booking podria ayudarme preguntando al hotel?

Very disappointing experience with Steigenberger Frankfurt Airport Hotel.
We arrived at approximately 5:45 PM and were assigned a family room with a strong damp and musty smell. The air conditioning was not working at all, which made the room almost unbearable given the outside temperature of around 34°C.
I reported the issue to reception within 30 minutes of arrival and was assured that it would be resolved while we went out for dinner. When we returned, the only solution provided was two small, noisy fans that did not cool the room and made sleeping even more uncomfortable. We were also informed that no other family rooms were available, so changing rooms was not an option.
We were travelling with three children aged 1, 7, and 11 and had specifically chosen a well-known 5-star hotel to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay before our onward flight from Frankfurt. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below the standards one would expect from a hotel of this category.
The room was simply not fit for purpose, and the hotel’s response was inadequate. We have therefore submitted a formal complaint and requested a full refund.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
