Nicht zufrieden - Preis-Leistungsverhältnius stimmt hier nicht (mehr).
Pros:

Lage sehr zentral und gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption, wo die Kreditkarte für irgendwelche, eventuell noch entstehende Kosten belastet werden muss; darüber keine vorherige Information. Sehr unerfreulich! Dusche zuerst nicht funktionsfähig. Schranktür klemmte, wurde (trotz Reklamation an der Rezeption) nicht repariert. Zimmerservice tauschte ein gebrauchtes Trinkglas nicht aus.
Bei den exorbitanten Preisen dieses Hotels erwarte ich einen deutlich besseren Service (den es hier früher auch schon einmal gab!).

Im Frühstücksraum hat die Klimaanlage so geblasen, dass 30 Minuten durchgefroren war. Sehr unangenehm! Auswahl Buffet gut, aber nicht überragend. Betten sind sehr gut.
