great hotel, great location, but disappointing air conditioning and housekeeping quality management.
Pros:

room - physical layout was excellent, a very nice room.

Cons:

room - air conditioning only worked in entryway, it did not cool down the main room.
room - there was only one cup for coffee, but two saucers. we were two people, we needed two cups. this should not happen in such a hotel.

Great stay in Frankfurt!
Pros:

I booked this hotel to get over jetlag after a long flight and it was so quiet and comfortable! Also, the room service was awesome! After a delayed flight, we could eat and crash!

Pros:

We had a great time staying at the Steigenburger at Frankfurt. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was in the city centre and close to a number of cafes and restaurants. The staff were lovely.

Great service but hotel can use an upgrade.
Pros:

Very nice staff and felt welcome from the beginning! From the incredible valet service to the lovely receptionist. The hotel had a nice ‘grandeur’ feeling with a beautiful bar and great breakfast.

Cons:

The room felt very dated. Cracks in the wall, water stain damage in the chair, very loud AC noise. We had a room in the back of the hotel, facing a street and clubs. Even though the room had double windows, the sound proofing wasn’t good enough. Heard people partying until 3am (low frequent sounds).

Zentrale Lage, schöne Hotelbar

Cons:

Renovierungsbedürftiges Bad. Wenn man geduscht hat, hat man das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt, Duschschlauch und -Kopf verloren Wasser.
Im Zimmer lag eine fremde dreckige Socke (?!)
Hamam-Bad war geschlossen
