Die Lage diese Hotels ist perfekt und das Zimmer war sehr schön.

Cons:

Wir haben unser Zimmer ohne Frühstück (war ein Versehen) gebucht. Wir haben dann einmal im Hotel gefrühstückt. Der Preis von Euro 32.00 pro Person ist sehr hoch und nicht angemessen. Es ist nicht korrekt, das Hotelgäste, die das Frühstück nicht schon mit der Zimmerbuchung vorgenommen haben, dann mehr dafür bezahlen müssen.

Außergewöhnlich
Pros:

Wir haben das Wochenende in Stuttgart verbracht mit Musicalbesuch, Stadtbummel und Abendessen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit überragend. Das Frühstück war sehr köstlich, es blieb kein Wunsch offen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service im Frühstücksraum. Außergewöhnlich freundliche Frauen. Das Steigenberger wird in jedem Fall unsere erste Wahl vor Ort sein.

Für ein 5Sterne Hotel dürften die TVs in den Zimmern Modenisiert werden.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Ich bewerte das in der Hotelklasse 5 ⭐️. Mehr geht nunmal nicht in Deutschland.
Und dazu gehören auch die Kleinigkeiten , vom Toilettenpapier angefangen was an eine Jugendherberge erinnert über eine nicht vorhandene Absenkautomatik des Toilettendeckels , über den Wellness Bereich der nicht besetzt ist , das Schwimmbad kein Wasser hat und das Restaurant teilweise geschlossen hat ohne informiert zu werden, Fliesen im Fahrstuhl gebrochen und eine Mocktail Auswahl von sage und schreibe 2 Stück auf der Karte.
( ein Gruß aus der Küche an einem Ostersonntag zum Frühstück,oder ein nett gedeckter Tisch einfach so ) sollt auch drin sein und ist nicht zu viel verlangt auf dem Niveau .
Das das Interieur eher an die 90er erinnert sei mal dahin gestellt, aber wer zu den gehobensten Hotels zählt und zu den teuersten in der Stadt wenn nicht sogar DAS teuerste , der muss mehr bieten und invertieren.
Einfach nur durchschnittlich okay zu sein
reicht meiner Auffassung dafür nicht .

Pros:

The quality of Steigenberger hotels is top. Everything was as expected - no surprises, which is what I want. Parking under the hotel was very convenient in the middle of the city.

Cons:

Too much construction around the area, which I hear is a big scandal in Stuttgart.

Pros:

Wir hatten in der Nacht gegen 1 Uhr einen Sirenenalarm und mussten das Hotel über die Treppe verlassen! Beruhigend war, dass die Feuerwehr nach wenigen Minuten mit mehreren Wagen vor Ort war! Ein Brand in der Küche war schnell behoben , und nach ca 30 Minuten konnten wir wieder in unser Zimmer!
Leider wurde uns erst auf Nachfrage beim Check out eine Entschädigung für die nächtliche Störung angeboten!!

Cons:

Die Sauna ist nur abends geöffnet!
Wir hätten sie gerne am Abreisetag vormittags besucht!
