Pros:

Sehr zentral, sauber und nettes Personal, schönes Zimmer

Cons:

Dass die Tiefgerage unter dem Hotel nicht inklusive ist, finde ich schade. 20€ pro Tag ist schon viel, wenn man mehrere Tage bleibt. Zudem kostet es noch 6€ mehr am Tag, wenn man ein paar Meter näher am Hotelzugang im „Hotel Areal“ parken will, das grenzt schon an Abzocke.

Es gibt keine Balkone, man kann zudem die Fenster nicht öffnen.

Eigentlich zentrale Lage, aber siehe nächste Rubrik "Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen?"

Cons:

Baulärm "rund um die Uhr" (gegenüber Großbaustelle Hauptbahnhof).

Überteuerte Preise für maximal mittelmäßiges Essen in der Brasserie.

Zentrale Lage, tolles Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Fantastisches französisches Restaurant!

Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage, wunderbares Frühstück und auch im Hotel ein sehr empfehlenswertes französisches Restaurant. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können es nur empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Hotel in Top-Lage – jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Ich hatte einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist ideal, um Stuttgart bequem zu erkunden. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr sauberen und ruhigen Zimmer sowie der hohe Komfort.

Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine große Auswahl. Insgesamt merkt man, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird.

Very good Welcome at Night . Strange mail the morning after!

Very good Welcome by the man late 8pm at the front desk . I was very tired because my train from München was late and after booking with Booking he gave me a Junior Suite . I was already Client in the past of this hôtel near the Railway Station.

Cons:

I receive a Mail the morning after by someone very strange of the hotel who said it’s not possible to up graduated me ! Very strange i was already upgraduated ! Big confusion at the morning Reception and not nice this mail !
