Great city centre location.
Pros:

The hotel is next to the main station. But it’s an area that’s being rebuilt and a nightmare to locate the parking entrance.

The location and the staff where good.

Cons:

Rooms where not cleaned properly, and the rooms where hot there was an issue with the air conditioning, we informed the staff and nothing happened and you cannot open the windows.

Steigenberger steht zu dem was der Name aussagt
Pros:

Optimale Lage und extrem freundliches Personal. Hier wird man abgeholt und man kann seine Seele runterfahren.
Der Fitnessbereich war nicht so optimal. Meines erachtens war dieser recht klein und die Geräte waren vom alten Schweiz
verschmutzt. Der Saunabereich war ganz nett, ist optimierungsfähig, aber ich habe schon schlechteres gesehen.

War ein sehr schönes Wochenende.
Pros:

Ideal Lage gegenüber vom HBf.
Frühstück ausgezeichnet dazu tolles Service Team.
Taxis direkt vor der Türe.
Tiefgarage ebenfalls vorhanden und dazu guter Preis.
