Übernachten auf hohem Niveau, gemütlich, sauber, freundlich
Pros:

Perfekte Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof und der Einkaufsstraße, ÖPNV direkt vor der Tür.
Das Zimmer war riesig, es gab sogar eine separate Ankleide, Dusche und Badewanne. Alles war sehr sauber und ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Das Haus ist von außen nicht besonders einladend und „in die Jahre“ gekommen. Dennoch ist nichts „abgenutzt“. Der TV ist nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß.

Breakfast It was good not as good as Steigenberger Frankfurt Airport great bread and nice staff Front office staff very professional.

Cons:

We did not have a TV that worked for the whole week. It was checked several times, disappointed. A Hotel like this should not have an issue with TVs. We did not think that the new restaurant concept addresses their customers base which looks like mainly business. 5or 10 customers when we were there. They should take a survey with their clients. Only time will tell. Thank you
