Good enough for airport stay. Dinner menu sparse and not good but can get you by. Expensive! Room service good, laundry

für eine Nacht nach oder vor dem Flug völlig ausreichend
Pros:

auf Grund der Nähe zum Flughafen haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Der kostenlose Flughafenshuttle
ist super und wir mussten auch nicht lange warten. Abfahrt vor dem Ankunfterminal.
Das Zimmer war einfach, aber für eine oder zwei Nächte völlig ausreichend. Auch das Frühstück in Buffetform ist für ein 3 Sternehotel ausreichend

Beim einchecken wollte der rezeptionist 50 dollar mehr für die nacht als auf booking angegeben. War dann kein Problem und wir haben den booking preis bezahlt trottdem ärgerlich

Good location, nice hotel close to SJO airport
Pros:

Good location, close to the airport, breakfast was included in the price.
All day avaialble shuttle service to the airport.
Room is clean and tidy with comfortable beds (there were 2 queen beds in our room).

Very short but pleasant stay.
Pros:

Because of delayed flight we arrived at 3am and stayed only for a few hours + breakfast. As far as that went the stay was fine.

Cons:

Hotel offers what appears to be regular free shuttle service even at night. But this is not advertised; the website only states shuttle available. When we left SJO airport we almost took a US$35 taxi to the hotel (a 1-2 minute ride). Fortunately the blue Hampton shuttle happened to arrive. Please clarify on hotel information.

Good location nice hotel close to SJO airport
Pros:

Good location, close to the airport with free airport shuttle all day. There are good restaurant options in walking distance (e.g. Rosti). The room was clean and comfortable with 2 queen beds. Bathroom was clean and tidy.
It was very good and convenient, that we arrived to the hotel around noon and we can check in our room immediately (big thanks for it).
The hotel has a nice pool in a small garden, but unfortunately we had no time to use it.
We have to leave early in the morning around 5:00, before official breakfast hours, so we had asked for and we got a "breakfast-to-go" pack.

Cons:

There could have been a little bit more stuff in the "breakfast-to-go" pack.

Enjoyable stay before we went home!
Pros:

I loved the location and room was very comfortable. Cute little souvenir shop as well. Staff was very helpful with our rental car return.

Cons:

No balcony but that’s ok.

Cons:

Das ganze Haus gleicht einem Kühlschrank. Die AC ist überall sehr tief eingestellt. Zum Glück kann man auf dem Zimmer auch heizen. Allgemein habe ich bei dem Preis für ein Hotel in Costa Rica um einiges mehr erwartet
