Pros:

Very comfortable and clean hotel close to the airport SJO. But hardly notice the noise of the planes. Friendly staff! Shuttle bus is really convenient.

Cons:

Pity that breakfast starts only at 6 am, many flights depart early in the morning like ours and there's no time for breakfast. There is coffee available. And for the rest it is a nice hotel.

Good comfortable stop for arrival/ travel services.
Pros:

Closeness to airport and travel services (our tour left from the adjacent Denny's). Great staff - friendly and helpful. Breakfast coffee available early. Airport shuttle and breakfast included.

Cons:

Noisy airco.

Perfecto para una estancia previa al aeropuerto
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones sin ser suit son muy muy grandes , con camas enormes , todo muy limpio y cómodo. Se nota que en su día fue muy buen hotel

Cons:

lo único que mejoraría sería el desayuno, se quedo algo escaso y que además en medio de la noche sonaron dos alarmas de la habitación

Pros:

El servicio de lanzadera desde el aeropuerto funciona fenomenal, y el personal de este servicio y conserjería son muy amables y diligentes .

Cons:

Pedimos desayuno para llevar porque salíamos muy pronto y cuando lo fuimos a recoger nos dijeron que se lo habían dado a otras personas, este contratiempo me dejó muy mala impresión.

I suffered a terrible fall in the bathroom.
Pros:

Stayed here only one night. I decided to take a shower not knowing how slippery the tile was. I had just started to run the water so there was no soap on the floor. I fell back hit my head on the back was then landed completely flat just in shock. It was so loud that my husband who's hard of hearing jump off the bed to come help me get up and check on me. Normally in Costa Rica people use a rubber mat with suction cups to avoid falls like this. I called the front desk and all they did was do bring more towels as seen on the pictures. I never got a call from the manager so they don't really care. I'm writing my experience so this doesn't happen to you too. That fall could have killed me. I'm getting check by my doctor once I get in to the states. This hotel should do better.
