Pros:

Hotel cómodo, habitación amplia, limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estadia grata. Tienen servicio gratuito para llevar al aeropuerto. Restaurantes cerca para ir a comer tambien.

Cons:

Que podrían tocar la puerta antes de ingresar a la habitación (me imagino que el servicio de limpieza). Sentimos que abrieron la puerta como 2 veces pero al ver que había gente cerraron.

Pros:

Location was good because close to the airport, They are pet friendly, yet room was clean and without any odd smells.

Cons:

Check in staff also had to answer in coming calls. The line to check in became long and check in took too much time because of incoming calls.

We ended up staying 3 nights here and we would be happy to return.
Pros:

Great shuttle service to this clean, comfortable hotel. This is a good place to stay after a late night flight arrival or a flight cancellation. The staff is friendly, the room was spotless, the breakfast was good and began early while continuing till 10.

We are glad we came to Costa Rica, this hotel was a great place to start and finish.
Pros:

Close to the airport and the late night shuttle was convenient and timely, just as described. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast very good.

Cons:

One early morning fire alarm, but quickly resolved.
