Это же Хаят. Хаят должен быть на уровне. Это не так. При входе на потолке много ульи пауков. Еще требуется ремонт. Внутри как по мне 60-70 годы как будто. А так в. Номере нормально.

Beautiful lobby. Friendly staff. Location was great.

Cons:

Only thing that was weird is my beds didn’t have a fitted sheet on it. Just a top sheet tucked in and it didn’t cover the bottom of the mattress.

Thanks for the stay. got rest and enjoyed warm staff and comfy rooms.
Pros:

good breakfast . Staff was excellent but needed to replenish some items and some hot items were cold. Still enjoyed it.

Both the king and the pullout beds were terrible, mattress wise. The front desk staff were brusque.

My stay was nuetral no microwave in room and the water $6 come on. But definitely a clean room

That when I got up to speak with morning staff and filed my concerns and bad check in experience. She assured that she would handle it and gave me and my. Spouse and friend vouchers to eat breakfast that was one accommodations I appreciated

Cons:

The front desk needs to turn the volume up on phone so it can be answered timely manner. And talk to customers with decency watch body language and tone. Front desk lady was. Very rude to me and her dress attire was horrible shirt was wrinkled. And the nerve to act as if I was ruining her night or morning . I was the one who booked a room had to go wait in my friend room until they found the confirmation rather I pre paid on booking. Com or actual website treat me as a paid customer. Then asked for my card to be on file but not my other guest or the other five guest behind me. Guy who first checked me in was Sam who rolled his eyes out frustration was crazy

I love to stay hear when I’m visiting the area. Quick in and out to the highway to go north to Wisconsin or south to Chi

Room was not as well maintained as it should have been.

Good location from highway.

Cons:

Almost no hot water. More like lukewarm. Toilet paper roller fell off the wall. Pull out sofa was horrible!! Really long walk down the hallway to the room.

I would stay there again not what I consider high end Hyatt property but for the price it was fine
Pros:

Bed was fairly comfortable temperature was ok not a great thermostat
Staff was nice

Pillows way to small . I prefer foam also
