Beliggenheten, rent rom

Cons:

Manglende air condition, bare en gulvvifte.
Servicen var dårlig. Vi er eldre mennesker og ba om hjelp til å få parkert bilen på hotellets reserverte parkeringsplass, men nei, det var ikke mulig! Vi fikk en kronglete beskrivelse via et kart som skulle gjøre det enkelt å finne plassen....det viste seg å være veldig vanskelig fordi mange gater var sperret.
Resepsjonisten anbefalte da vi ankom hotellet at vi skulle bestille frokost til dagen etter ....vi måtte bestemme oss innen et par timer, ellers ville frokosten bli mye dyrere, fikk vi høre. Vi sa neitakk til frokost!
Da min mann forsøkte å få kjøpt en kopp kaffe morgenen etter, var det absolutt umulig før kl 09.30! Jeg har aldri opplevd maken!
Forrige gang jeg var på dette hotellet for ca 10 år siden var det utrolig god og hyggelig service på alle måter!
Jeg drar aldri til dette hotellet igjen.

Underbar plats
Pros:

Fantastisk läge, nyrenoverat och stort rum med utsikt över dalen och del av rothenburg. Underbar personal som var hjälpsamma och glada. Ett av dom bästa hotellen vi bott på.

Pros:

The location was fantastic, right in the centre of town, with parking near by. The hotel building was beautiful, with loads of character and really well kept. The staff were really helpful and attentive. Our room was large and really well appointed.

Lovely Stay in Rothenburg on der Tauber!
Pros:

The location was amazing, so close to the main market square and all the sights. We loved sitting out on our terrace in the morning and in the evenings with the amazing views of the town and valley. We also appreciated the reserved parking close by. The hotel had so much character and history. The beds were very comfy and the room very quiet.

Cons:

Unfortunately it was very hot when we visited and the room did not have air conditioning making it very hot.
