Loved this hotel, excellent service, great breakfast.

Cons:

I use a cane and the elevator on the first floor was not working so we had to take the stairs to the second floor to use the elevator to the third floor.
The mattresses need replacement in our room

Localização excelente, perto dos principais pontos turísticos, não precisamosusar o carro hora nenhuma. Café da manhã variado e saboroso. Excelentes condições de conforto, camas confortáveis, quarto grande, banheiro com todo necessário

Cons:

A comunicação poderia melhorar. Tivemos dificuldades em razão do idioma, mas tive oportunidade de assistir a um casal, que apesar de falar alemão, estava precisando de ajuda, pois o hotel possui um anexo em frente ao prédio onde localiza-se a recepção, mas não há ninguém para oferecer esta informação, sequer um plaqueta que possa orientar o turista. Também achei o estacionamento confuso.

I was very pleased with all aspects of the hotel
Pros:

I loved being inside the wall and wandering the streets. Particularly after the bus tours left and before they arrived

Cons:

I feel an extremely clear map to parking lot P5 outside the wall would be very helpful.
GPS goes a bit wonky when you miss a turn and you end up at a pedestrian only gate. Miscommunication ... language phrases
