Staff was great- superior, traditional service at breakfast. Glad I stayed.
Pros:

Perfect location. Old school charm. Room was updated and clean- very comfortable. Glad I didn’t stay at the newer hotel next door…seemed a bit trendy.

Old fashioned City hotel - central location
Pros:

Old fashion city hotel, close to Hauptbahnhof. Easy access to the metro system in Munich and a short walk to the Old City Center. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast excellent. There is a gym and a little spa. We got the room early at no additional cost. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Some noise from the main street, however not too disturbing. The bed was funny - on wheels. When sitting up and reading all off a sudden you were on your way out in the room (ha ha).

Amazing central location, fabulous breakfast so start the day, great facilities, and beautiful dinner options at the end

Great central location,fantastic facilities, breakfast was amazing, kind staff.

Cons:

Pillows weren’t great, floors creaked so would have preferred carpeted flooring.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, zentral gelegen.
Pros:

Das Hotel an sich, die Ausstattung und geschmackvolle Renovierung des Jugendstilhauses. Sehr freundliches Personal im Restaurant.

Cons:

Der Empfang war weniger freundlich. Das angeblich ruhige Zimmer war neben dem Aufzug und sehr hellhörig. Um 6 Uhr geweckt vom Bad des Zimmernachbarn und insgesamt im Haus die Geräusche.

Cons:

The machine used by the hotel to charge me using a CC. For some reason it didnt seem to work and I had to give them some other card. Mine works perfectly cause its worked in many many stores restaurants etc all over Europe. So that was the only issue.

Mi serviva un posto vicino alla stazione e questo hotel è proprio all'uscita
