Pros:

Very friendly, helpful and responsive staff, via mail and at the reception. Felt very welcome. Rooms are normal size, not super large, but fully enough for traveling alone and also as a couple. Location directly next to the main station was perfect. Price was not cheap, but fair considering it is central Munich.

Pros:

Perfeita localização. Na frente da estação central de Munique. Para nós que chegamos com malas, de trem, atravessar a rua e estar no hotel, é uma mão na roda. E depois também para sair do hotel, pegar trem para o aeroporto, muito prático. 20 min antes do embarque, atravessamos a rua, nos acomodamos no trem e seguimos viagem. Isso tem valor. Equipe prestativa. Café da manhã satisfatório. Instalações antirruído, cama confortável. Tudo muito bom.

Good Hotel/Great Location
Pros:

We loved being close to the train station and so many other cool sites. It's a bit gritty but it never felt unsafe and the hotel is clean and well-maintained. We'd choose this hotel again. The rooms were on the warm side and the comforters on the bed were may more insulation that we needed, but the beds were comfortable (pillows - not so much) and our room gave us plenty of space (with a huge bathroom). Staff was friendly and responsive and able to made some great food recommendations (Daintree and Park Cafe). The couch in our room was swanky - though a bit dated - which was our general take on the entire hotel. It falls just short of excellent but don't we all?
