Great location, courteous staff but very expensive and avoidable during peak summer
Pros:

Best part of the hotel is its location. Right outside Hbf and walking distance to Marienplatz and close to one of the best biergartens in Munich. Staff in general friendly and courteous.

Cons:

The AC doesn't work - we couldn't sleep comfortably any of the nights in peak Munich summer heat. The reception staff did try to offer us another room but AC was worse in the other room. Hotel is very dated and not meant for summer stay in Munich. Very expensive for the quality of hotel and stay. Wasn't value for money at all.

Wouldn't stay here again.

Location was great.

Cons:

AC was poor and had to be reset to keep it going. Since Munich was having a heat wave, having a cool room would have made the visit better. The lobby wasn't even cool. Beds were too soft for our needs.

Pros:

中央駅から本当にすぐの立地でとても便利でした。窓の防音も良くて外部の音も気になりませんでした。床材が絨毯ではなく木で、もしかして音が響かないかと危惧しましたが、そんなことも全くなくて快適でした。フロントのスタッフの方々も礼儀正しくなおかつ適度に笑顔も見せてくださり完璧な対応だと思いました。エアコンも快適でした。

Cons:

ひとつだけ、大きな不満が残りました。５連泊しましたが、お掃除のたびにどんどんタオルを減らされてしまいました。初日はバスタオル、フェイスタオル、小さ目な正方形のタオルが２枚づつありました。まず正方形のタオルが２枚とも無くなり、最後の日にはフェイスタオルも１枚だけにされました。不便だったので途中で「小さ目な正方形のタオルが必要」とメモを残して出かけましたがそれでもスルーされました・・・。使用済みで交換してほしいタオルはバスタブに入れて出かけ、部屋も必要以上に汚さないように気を付けて過ごしていたつもりなのですが悲しくなりました。

Personal sehr freundlich, schönes Hotel direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Trotz der sehr quirligen Gegend, war das Zimmer absolut ruhig.
Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Für eine Übernachtung in einem sehr kleinen Einzelzimmer, fand ich den Preis etwas überhöht.
