Pros:

Pros: Close to mall and Providence college where we had to move daughter into dorm.

Cons:

First room they gave smelled like mildew and sweaty booty. The shower curtains smelled. The chair by the window was badly stained and smelled. I went downstairs to ask for a cleaner room. Second room was clean with no smells. Unfortunately who ever was coming into service room daily never vacuumed or wiped surfaces in the room.

Perfect one night get a way made special by the FO Team!
Pros:

It was our anniversary and we were upgraded to a lovely room. The FO staff went above and beyond to make the night special. We were also the recipients of a lovely amenity! Water pressure was a plus as well! Every staff member was cheerful and greeted us with a hello!

Cons:

It wasn’t a dislike but odd….the electricity in half the room wasn’t plugged in and we had to move/get behind the bed to plug things in. Same with tv. Also, the alarm clock went off at 6am. Avoidable issues. Did NOT impact stay negatively as we understand things happen.
