I was charged an extra £431.47 on top of the money in was already charged for the hotel im absolutely furious about it and will not be using booking.com again. I need you to get in charge to explain why I was chrarged £431.47 for 4 nights????

Pros:

Water leaked from bathroom onto floor and faucet. The shower rack sagged.

The bedding was very comfortable

Cons:

There were issues with the hot water on the entire floor. On the 2nd day there was no running hot water. They moved is into another room. Very inconvenient and stressful as we were there for a funeral. It only added stress to an already emotional day. They offered us a 100 points to our next stay (which wouldn’t cover a day) which I declined and a bottle of champagne which I was not in the mood for.

The location was great, central to everything I needed and right downtown

Cons:

Due to the nature of my stay for a global event, the price was a lot higher than it would be on a regular weekend, that was the only downside.
