Very average for insane rate
Pros:

Location is convenient but very noisy.

Cons:

Insanely noisy. We were put in the supposed “quiet” wing and street noise was crazy on 12th floor. People scream in on the street, cars and motorcycles revving past. I could even hear the person above peeing when I was in the bathroom 🙄

Would have been great if it wasn’t for the loud music every night till after 10 pm.
Pros:

It was a very pretty property on the inside. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great! Liked the amenities in the bathroom.

Cons:

It’s located where they have outside venues that play music INCREDIBLY LOAD, so much so that you couldn’t watch TV over the music outside. This lasted past 10 pm. Annoying!

Looks can be deceiving.The staff can make or break your stay. I would suggest stay somewhere else
Pros:

I enjoyed the location in Downtown Providence next to the Providence mall. The lobby is beautiful but looks can be deceiving. I stayed for 5 days

Cons:

The staff did not clean my room for two days, it was no toilet paper in the room, I found a cleaning lady on the floor and she stated she had no toilet paper in the closet. The cleaning lady assured me that she will return. I made several calls to guest services but no one answered the phone. I was going to walk to the CVS nearby instead I stopped by the front desk. The refrigerator wasn't working again. I called guest services again with no answer. I used ice and a bag from the ice machine near my room see pictures. The A/C stopped working and was later fixed the same day at least. I was given a credit for a one day stay in the future,however I don't think I will book with Omni again the customer service is horrible.
