Waiting an hour in the morning for a cup of cappuccino. Only the breakfast buffet available no separate place to get anything à la carte except your room which as I said took over an hour. Hotel had more the feeling of being on a cruise ship too many people and not enough staff although staff was wonderful. Unacceptable little things like drain broken in sink worst thing was air-conditioning no way it kept rooms cool. lobby was unbearable also. Granted it was 90° but it was May I wonder what they're going to do in the summer. Most staff was over the top accommodating. One person continued to give misinformation without a smile.
Also looks like every other hotel which was disappointing I could've been in Cleveland

This hotel was truly customer-focused with great amenities and an excellent breakfast each morning. The room was always cleaned each morning and refreshed during the evening hours. It is located in a busy area, but you truly have a beautiful place to escape to when you return.

The Tivoli is the place to be in Lisbon !!!
This is the 4th time I am staying in this hotel and it was by far my most favorite one in Lisbon. We have reserved two rooms this time and everything started good; we were even upgraded being repeat customers…
However I have noticed that the hotel has lost its previous charm… The room (410) looked rather outdated. The toilet screws were not fixed properly, kept constantly moving, bathroom scale was out of batteries, the AC was not functioning properly which gave us a sense that there were serious maintenance issues… On the good side, the manager (I guess Mrs. Ana) was very kind and have the AC fixed immediately.
There was a serious problem with the elevator as well.. One of them was constantly out of order and we had to wait very long together with restaurant customers trying to reach the roof…
Luggage delivery was also a problem. When we checked in, I wanted to take the luggage with me. The reception told me they were already in the room. They were not. I called the front desk, they did not answer. I had to go down myself to get my luggage….
It is sad to see how my favorite hotel has turned into a low quality hotel…
It’s 3:15 pm and still waiting on our room. Problem? “We were full yesterday.” Charged 450 euros against uncovered charges. (Room was prepaid.). Suggested we have lunch at poolside while we wait. Schlepped there but was closed by velvet rope. Went to lobby bar. Asked if there was table service. We were advised there was told to have a seat. 15 minutes later no one appeared, so we had to go to the bar and order. Not sure what else is going to go wrong but not confident. Traveling to Lisbon? Look elsewhere.

Didn’t have hot water but they ended up fixing on 3rd might and manager was so accommodating and refunded us half the cost.
Overall we loved it!
