Good stay. But for a five stars the soundproofing is not that great. You hear the club’s sounds and the street’s sounds

I liked the location, the concierges marcus and leonardo are extremely helpful

Cons:

The price to value ratio does not feel fair. The rooms are nicely decorated but other than that nothing too fancy or special and very bad sound isolation.

Good overall stay.
Pros:

Location was great. Had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant. Great lunch on the roof. Enjoyed the bar at night. Employees were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Lots of wear in our room. Stains on the carpet, chipped baseboards, curtains unhooked at the top. The bath products weren’t great.

Location and rooms and facilities especially the gym

Cons:

Housekeeping staff were inconsistent. Should be the same replacement policy. One day they replace water and next they don’t. One day they replace coffee and next day they don’t. One day they return cups and next day they don’t.
