Excellent Hotel in an excellent location. Pricey though.
Pros:

Top class hotel everything works well to a very high standard.

Cons:

These hotel types are never good value for money particularly on drinks and food snacks. The quality is very good but the pricing does leave a bit of a craw in your throat !. We had four drinks (three non alcoholic) a sandwich and some nachos by the pool and that was around £100.

5 star hotel with 10/10 service
Pros:

Outstanding hotel. The location was perfect. The service was incredible. Pedro and Pedro from guest services went the extra mile to make our family feel welcome. They even set up an egg hunt for our daughter for Easter! The breakfast was also 5/5. I’d highly recommend anybody, especially if you’re traveling with family/kids, to stay at the Tivoli.

Great Hotel for vacationing to Portugal
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. We came to Lisbon on a business/Leisure trip and loved everything about it. The rooms were decent and the bathroom was updated with a rain shower. My only complaint would be that we found the rooms to be a bit too hot. But overall the stay at Tivoli was great! Oh and the breakfast buffet was perfect with lots of items to choose from!

Beautiful hotel, great location and excellent guest services
Pros:

I was a single woman traveling alone for the first time. And this was my first trip to Portugal. I had an amazing experience at the Trivoli. I began and ended my 12 day trip at this hotel, traveling all along the coast in the interim. Ana Paula, the duty manager, took great care of me. I had a few minor problems on arrival and she solved them. She greeted me by name every time she saw me and remembered my personal story. I had lovely amenities in my room and thoroughly enjoyed the spa. Thank you Ana. You made me feel special. The front desk, bellmen and concierge were very knowledgeable and helpful. I also want to acknowledge Pedro Ferreira, guest relations ambassador, for his care and attention. I used the hotel car service to and from the airport and highly recommend it. I look forward to staying here again the next time I am in Lisbon.

Welcoming staff, especially Pedro
Pros:

Hotel was recommended on my Chase travel as an “edit” hotel , which is a solid recommendation. I read the reviews raving about the staff . I had a few glitches with the front desk staff but the dining room , concierge and housekeeping were five star. Pedro Ferreira ‘s thoughtfulness was above and beyond anything I have experienced. I will miss our conversations, thank you for a lovely and personal parting gift! The hotel breakfast was outstanding , huge variety of choices and made to order. The dinner absolutely superb as well. Seen bar has such a lovely ambiance and view. Hotel is centrally located so you can walk everywhere but also much less crowded than further down the avenue.

Most enjoyable dinner at Tivoli Restaurant in Lisbon
Pros:

We had a wonderful dinner at Tivoli. The menu is extensive and the food very well presented and prepared.

The wine list is extensive with a range of options by the glass. Our sommelier was very helpful in the selection of Portuguese wine options.

The restaurant atmosphere is elegant yet friendly and welcoming.

Location is very central

Service, particularly by Armondo was excellent, professional, knowledgeable, friendly….yet not intrusive.

If looking for a special night or an excellent mean I would thoroughly recommend Tivoli.

Agradecemos o empenho do gerente para resolver nosso problema

Cons:

O hotel está em obras, e tinha uma britadeira sobre o nosso quarto, isso após as 18 hora e não só isso mas começou a cair resto de obra no teto falso o que parecia que ia cair o teto… o gerente deu a opção de trocarmos de quarto etc! Porém como já estávamos cansados não optamos por isso!
