Agradecemos o empenho do gerente para resolver nosso problema

Cons:

O hotel está em obras, e tinha uma britadeira sobre o nosso quarto, isso após as 18 hora e não só isso mas começou a cair resto de obra no teto falso o que parecia que ia cair o teto… o gerente deu a opção de trocarmos de quarto etc! Porém como já estávamos cansados não optamos por isso!

Very customer friendly, great staff ıncl. Hotem manager and dutt manager Pedro.

Cons:

There is construction weekkdays between 10-16. Vontinous drilling noise. We were moved to another floor but construction continued. We wereNOT informed about contruction during booking nor check in. This is NOT honest. I had to work from Wednesday to Friday during construction

I like the location, the bad are very conftable, very clean.

We went there from 18/02/2026 for 4 nights. We're very disappointed with the noise of refurbishment obove our floor. We've pay for superior room on high floor, Unfortunately we're staying on 3th floor, have to sleep with noise day and night and at moment they have scaffolding to clean the building, some days we've had some working men talking and laughing in front of our window. I'm very disappointed with my stay.
