Nice central hotel
Pros:

Cons:

Wifi was not working properly in the room. We complain several times but they couldn’t fix the problem.

Lovely stay at Goodwood Park. We always come back here.
Pros:

The hotel is very comfortable and still maintains a sense of history. It’s location at the top end of Orchard Road is perfect. And the staff are both kind and responsive.

Loved Goodwood. Would come back! Very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Our room was excellent. We stayed in the apartments. Very spacious. Excellent cleaner as well!

Cons:

The pool facilities could do with a makeover. The service at the pool was not great.

Nice, but standard
Pros:

Beautiful facade, lovely room, well cared for

Cons:

The heritage or historical feel is lost. It doesn’t come through to the inside of the hotel. Beautiful on the outside but boring on the inside. Not worth paying the extra money for - it was just like any nice hotel.

Stay was fine service needs to be sorted at check in.
Pros:

I stayed with you several times. The Hotel is quiet, good location staff helpful.

Cons:

I was in London the wife flew up from Auckland. The room was paid for. Prepaid. Access to the room was denied as wife did not have $400 or $600 Singapore as deposit as service fee. You phoned me in London three times in the middle of the night to sort it out. It was an uncomfortable situation. I arrived three days later paid service fee on hold. It is not acceptable I made the booking. You should have dealt with me I could have given my credit card from anywhere in the world. Please do not embarrass you guests at your the front desk.

Pros:

The location is great and parking was convenient.

Cons:

On the first night, we stepped at tiny glass pieces and realised that there were quite a few on the floor. So the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The fridge was also not working well as it has a lot of ice and water was dripping inside the compartment.

Pros:

The staff were very polite and helpful.
The pools were clean and temperature perfect

Cons:

We thought the use of so many plastic water bottles was excessive and not good sustainability. We would have preferred water stations to refill our own bottles. The walk up to the hotel is not inviting as there is no obvious footpath. It feels like you don't expect your guests to walk, but only arrive by vehicle.
Also once at the property the walk to our room took forever, I think we had one of the furthermost rooms from reception. If you were running full I understand this was just our bad luck, but if you had closer rooms I would suggest you use those first.
