If you are looking for a timeless elegance,this is guaranteed.every time we return to the Goodwood Park Hotel they deliver to the up most highest standard of sophistication and luxury the quality of service is outstanding,The staff from doorman to front desk ,room service,kitchen staff and restaurants are very efficient friendly and graceful.Most of the staff have worked there for many years they are like a large friendly family.we have stayed six times ,each and every time we find it hard to leave .Its a unforgettable experience.Its not good bye its see you soon .till next year .

Pros:

We loved the warm atmosphere, the very friendly and helpful staff and the beautiful room service every day
Pai San in the restaurant was gorgeous, very friendly and so kind every time we dined for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Please thank her for her kindness it meant a great deal to us.
Alecsandra at the front desk was very kind and helpful with our questions. Her friendly nature is an asset to this hotel.
We loved our stay and look forward to coming again.

Generally good, but the air conditioners.
Pros:

It would be great if all the windows could be opened to allow the fresh air to come in during the house-keeping or before admission. The air conditioners are somehow noisy, it would be also good to consider as the noise was irritated typically during the night time. Great Breakfast!

Pros:

Classic heritage hotel with a majestic colonnial style main building. It offers good for value breakfast buffet. Location nice if you can / want use busses (Far East Plaza stop), also reasonably clisw to Orchard MRT (Exit 1). Two pools that were not crowded. Possibility for pool service andxswveral restaurants on site. I appreciated we had a laundry machine in our apt, one of main reasons to book this option.Room was properly cleaned daily.

Cons:

The Parklane wing and the pools are a bit outdated, they would need a little facelift. Balcony views in our apt were quite dull.

清潔感があり、スタッフも笑顔で対応してくれて気持ちが良いです。
早朝5時のチェックアウト時に、Hasanというフロントスタッフが、パスポート、サイフ、金庫に忘れ物はないか、シンガポールには次にいつ来るのか？などと、笑顔で丁寧に対応してくれました。タクシーを呼んで、タクシーに乗ってからも手を振って見送ってくれて最後まで楽しく過ごせました。

Cons:

トイレのタンクが故障したのですが、すぐにスタッフが来てくれたので、悪いほどでもないです。
冷蔵庫の冷えが弱かったのですが、氷を頼んだらシャンパンを冷やすバケツにたっぷりの氷を持ってきてくれたので、これも問題ないかと。ただ、1日で2バケツ目からは7ドルかかります。

My mother and I stayed at the Goodwood Park Hotel after an unexpected flight delay, and it turned out to be a much needed relaxing and refreshing day at Good Wood Park. From the moment we arrived, the experience was absolutely flawless.

The check-in process was seamless and efficient, which we deeply appreciated after the stress of travel. Our room was a very nice —spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; every meal was exquisite, high-quality, and beautifully presented.

However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the stellar hospitality. Every single staff member—from the welcoming doormen to the proactive concierge and the attentive restaurant team—treated us with such genuine warmth.

A massive, heartfelt thank you to Jimmy, Syafiq, and Jit. They went above and beyond by noticing it was my birthday; they surprised me with a delicious cake, a candle, and even sang Happy Birthday! It was such a touching, personal gesture that turned my day around.

I cannot recommend Goodwood Park Hotel highly enough. If you’re looking for world-class service and a beautiful stay, look no further!

Excellent service and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great location, excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. Great food. The friendly staff made our stay more memorable by celebrating our daughter's birthday with a cake and song. This showed the personal touch by the staff. Highly recommend this place.

The food was delicious.Peking duck done in so many ways was interesting.(1/2 portions peking duck should be offered so a couple can also enjoy it.)The carrot cake was so tasty.The yam dessert with pistachio gelato was lovely.
Joshua was very helpful in listening and recommending dishes accordingly to my requests.
Sok Yi,always so nice to accomodate our requests too.
Rita,our waitress,was very pleasant,always smiling and ready to serve.

Great atmosphere, beautiful food made complete with great staff
Pros:

Friendly attentive staff who made our meal time great. We had the seasonal Japanese A5 wagyu Rib Eye and Iberico Pork and both were excellent.

Thank you to team who took care of us during the evening.
