Merveilleux hôtel et personnel au top
Pros:

Mention spéciale au personnel d’accueil et de restauration qui ont été superbes !!
Ça fait plaisir de dormir dans un hôtel avec des personnes qui s’intéressent à nous, qui font des sourires à notre enfant, etc …
Rien que pour ça, votre hôtel et la Finlande sont magnifiques !

La chambre est confortable, le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel ! Et l’emplacement est top !

Cons:

Le lundi, avec les rassemblements sportifs, le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop blindé ! C’est dommage car à 7:00 du matin on a envie d’être au calme et là on se retrouve face à des centaines de personnes …

Pros:

Amazing breakfast, lovely rooms and great staff!

Cons:

There was a lot of noise when opening the window, it was not possible to sleep with an open window unfortunately.

Pros:

We were allowed to check in earlier than 16:00 which was great. Sauna was good too.

Cons:

Firstly, we were booked for 3 nights and given a room in the basement. I suffer from claustrophobia so it was difficult to relax. Were told that we could pay for an upgrade if we liked. Advert should stipulate basement room with zero natural light. We were provided with only 1 coffee for 2 days. The shower area was not watertight so the entire bathroom floor was wet after a short shower

Good Central Location for Tourist Locations
Pros:

Comfortable bed and quietness for sleeping.

Pros:

Hotellet ligger centralt och det är i princip gångavstånd till det mesta i centrum och nära till kollektivtrafik om man behöver ta sig någon annanstans.

Cons:

Kan inte komma på något direkt negativt med min vistelse.

Pros:

Perfektes Frühstück, tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal, alles sehr sauber und ( wichtig für uns!) im Hotel sehr ruhig!

Cons:

Lärm außerhalb des Hotels ( morgens um 5.00 Müllabfuhr/Baulärm...), sodass wir dann die Fenster schließen mussten, aber das ist sicherlich auch der Innenstadtlage geschuldet....und akzeptabel.

Tulen kuitenkin erittäin mielelläni takaisin!

Loistava aamiainen.

Cons:

Wc-tiloissa suihku jäi tiputtamaan vettä oudolla tavalla lattialle. Alapesusuihkua oli vaikea asettaa käytön jälkeen takaisin paikalleen. Wc-tilan valaistuksessa oli myös toivomisen varaa.
