Unfortunately, due to an internal miscommunication, a double booking occurred for the same guest at this hotel. Although the stay was completed as planned, the hotel received two payments for the same stay and refused to offer any refund, partial refund, or credit.
While the property itself is well located, the lack of flexibility and fairness in handling this situation was disappointing and did not meet our expectations in terms of customer care.

Awesome
Pros:

It’s my 4th time at Marski, and every time has been great. Wonderful breakfast, spacious room, awesome location and lovely staff.

Cons:

So much noise from the street during the night. Of course in a city center there is noise but even with the window closed I could hear trucks moving back and forth on the hotel side street all the time during the night.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aamiainen oli monipuolinen.

Cons:

Sänky oli kuin heteka, jousto oli jossain "kovan" pinnan alla. Huoneen siisteydessä on parannettavaa. Pikkupöytä ei ollut hetkeen nähnyt siivousliinaa.
