Cons:

Estábamos ubicados en el edificio de atrás y para llegar era casi una gincana, íbamos con dos niños pequeños y realmente era bastante incómodo

Pros:

アクセス、立地がとても良く、非常に便利でした。
スタッフの方にみなさんに、笑顔で明るく出迎えていただきました。

Cons:

新棟と旧棟があるのか、旧棟のお部屋だったのでロビーから部屋まで行くのに結構距離がありました。
アップグレードの提案が10ユーロであったので、アップグレードした方が新棟に案内してもらえたのかなと思います。

They first demanded the fee that we had already paid through Booking.com. It was a little bit stressful because we felt like we had to pay double, but after I showed them through my account, and after some time, they understood that we had paid, but this was not a good first impression. Maybe the system can be checked in order not to make the customers feel stressed, because for many people, these amounts that we pay to hotels are huge and of high value.
In addition, the towels were not new, and the package/ cover of the hair dryer kit was old and stained in our room; I couldn't even touch it.

But the beds were highly comfortable, the cleaning lady on the 5th floor was very nice, and the location was very good. Other amenities were modern and of good quality. Altogether, I was grateful for the hotel.

Erityisen mukavat vuoteet ja tyynyt, puhdasta joka paikassa. Siistit hienot kylpyhuoneet ja hyvä saunaosasto. Hyvä monipuolinen aamiainen.

Cons:

Huone oli hieman ahdas ja ikkunasta avautui näkymä rumalle pienelle "sisäpihalle" ja muihin huoneisiin.

Kjempefint hotell med optimal plassering!
Pros:

Kjempeflott frokost, ikke minst med karelske piroger! Og beliggenheten til Marski er helt suveren - midt i smørøyet! Derfor er dette vårt yndlingshotell i Helsingfors.

Cons:

Vi ble plassert i en ny (gammel?) fløy, der det var ganske langt å gå. I tillegg var vi uheldige og fikk et værelse ut mot noe byggearbeid, som begynte tidlig å bråke.

Cons:

Klumpig receptionist. Pratade engwlska och var väldigt serviceovänlig. Tror att hen blev konfunderad då jag valde att inleda på svenska. Hen förstod mig eftersom hen svarade på engelska men situationen blev lustig och krånglig. Hen borde ha sagt att hen inte behärskar språket och ge de möjligheter hen kan bemästra.

Vårt budget rum var mörkt och murrigt, hyttaktigt.

Had a great stay.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

The room was a little small, but adequate. View was nonexistent. We were in the west wing. The main building may have had a better outlook.
