The property was well kept and very confortable. What we liked the most was the service. Everybody was friendly and helpful.
Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Klimaanlage vorhanden (für Guayaquil ein Muss). Personal besonders am Erdgeschoss sehr zuvorkommend.
Steril, Sicht nach hinten auf alte marode Gebäude. Frühstücksraum im nachbarrestaurant sehr unterkühlt. Tagsüber geht die Gegend, nachts kritisch und nicht empfehlenswert.

The hotel didn't send somebody to pick up us from the airport as we have arranged. But when we returned back to the airport they were polite and they didn't ask money as a way to tell us sorry

Esta vez muy mal. La habitación no estaba limpia pues conseguí toallas sanitarias olvidadas de algún otro cliente en el.armario de la habitación.
Siendo cliente por más de 10 años me piden la tarjeta para comprobar si es la tarjeta qué descontaron. Deberían tener registro de clientes y no tratar como clientes desconocidos.

A pesar de estar en el centro (Ruidos y ciudad un poco peligrosa en la noche) me sentí bastante seguro. Está cerca de todo.
Al llegar nos dieron un Upgrade de habitación, lo cual se agradece
El olor de la habitación: A humedad y poco ventilada. Nuestra habitación estaba en otra torre, lejos del ingreso al FrontDesk (No se nos informó); había que atravesar un centro comercial con las maletas, lo cual dificultaba la entrada (La puerta del primer piso no habre desde fuera). Invitamos a desayunar a unos amigos y el valor un poco alto.
Habitaciones grandes con todas las comodidades. Muy cerca del Malecón y te puedes mover a pie por Guayaquil
