Les employés de la réception, 2e étage, et du service Bell boy, entrée de l'hôtel, étaient extraordinaires, amicaux, serviables ! La chambre était spacieuse et la douche grandiose avec eau chaude a profusion. Notre chambre, située au 10e étage, donnait sur le Parc aux Iguanes et la Cathédrale de Guayaquil ! Vue magnifique !

Cons:

Malheureusement le service au restaurant et au bar de l'Hôtel était exécrable et mérite une attention particulière. Nous sommes allés manger au restaurant dans la journée, après 15-20 minutes d'attente, nous avons dus nous lever et aller demander aux serveurs de nous assister ! Une fois les repas reçus, encore une fois, nous avons dus nous lever pour demander un autre plat et finalement la facture! Au bar, l'histoire s'est répétée ! J'ai demandé a la réception si quelqu'un pouvait nous servir a boire, nous avons attendus patiemment 1 hre avant de quitter l'hôtel et aller quelque part sur la promenade pour nous restaurer ! Le petit déjeuner inclus est copieux mais la nourriture était froide !
