Needed to be close to airport. Room was excellent. Clean spacious good bed and great bathroom with bathtub. Lobby and hallways could use an upgrade. Staff was very helpful. Would return. Great value with free shuttle to and from airport

Is it the best hotel in the world??? No! But was it super convenient for the airport ??? Yes! Our room and shower were clean and that’s all I can ask for. They let us pay a little extra to check in early and that was definitely worth it. The shuttle to and from the airport was super convenient, but bring money to tip the driver.

This place is a disaster, the pictures posted on websites of this place and it’s rooms must be 15 years old cause I totally feel like I was catfished.

The place is dirty, the staff were not very helpful, the elevator didn’t work, there are minimal places to park and those are very narrow and to top it all off the emergency alarm was set off at 5:30 am on a Sunday morning and all this for $150 a night is robbery!!

Great late night/early morning SeaTac hotel with reliable shuttle. 24 hour front desk with quick check in and friendly staff.

The Comfort Inn was great. Especially when, for unknown reasons, Orbitz canceled our reservation the morning of check in. The associate was great. Contacted Orbitz and corrected the issue. Traveling can be stressful and yet Comfort Inn made our adventure an ease.

Early morning flight made this the perfect option, sleep, shuttle to airport, and our car was safe and ready when we shuttled back at the end of our trip. The only aggravating issue was the desk clerk telling us to go to pick up point 3 A when we were at 3C and we waited 20 minutes for pick up then the driver stopped at 3A to pick up others. After 24 hours of travel the additional walking was an unneccesary strain.

Recently, I booked a room at the Comfort Inn on October 20, 2025 near SeaTac Airport. It was just an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight the next day. Coming in with my luggage, I was dismayed to see that the "welcome" mat looked as if it had not been vacuumed in quite a long while; the trash can across from the entrance was dirty and crammed to overflowing. The whole lobby, I began to notice, was grimy and worn out in appearance. Because only one night was involved, I decided to check out the room. I waited for the elevator beside a rusty water fountain and ascended to my floor in a smeary metal car. One look at the room revealed chipped battle-worn furniture and, realizing if the 'front of the house' was so neglected, how clean could the room be, I immediately retreated. I believe I stayed at this hotel near the airport or a similar basic establishment some years ago, but this particular Comfort Inn has been allowed to deteriorate to a pitiful degree. To conclude, I would not book a room there unless your standards are extremely low (and it wasn't cheap, either!).

Room smelled bad

Check-in was quick and easy. Our room could have used more outlets, but was otherwise nice. I love that one can still combine weekly parking and stays. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. It lacked any variety (one choice of cereal), the waffle maker was a mess, and by 8:00, there was very little food left. Ext time we will plan to eat out.

The bed was comfortable.

Even thought I was only there for a day and a half it was a good stay. The staff was very warm and friendly and I would recommend it.

Great hotel with decent price, comfortable bed, airport shuttle is a plus, decent amenities such as microwave, refrigerator, etc. Room was clean and shower was adequate .Breakfast is provided but could be improved - only toast rather than a choice of bagel, muffin, etc. coffee is way too bitter, eedsome fruit added.

All good. Very helpful and friendly staff. The shuttle was very easy to find.

Costumer services terrible

Booked here for 1 night as it was cheap the hotel is close to the airport and offers a shuttle
But couldn’t find it I know
It was on L3 but ended up getting a taxi cost €25 plenty off restaurants and shops around which was handy Denny’s is about 11min walk just str8 down the road which was handy the rooms were clean and beds and pillows
Were comfy the air con worked great bathroom was average but the shower was ok not hot enough water me they offer a free shuttle
To Westfields but u need to pre book via the QR code they do take €150 deposit off u when u check in and managed to get a late check out at 12 which is better 11 could have been too early
