I was disappointed in the lack of concern and dishonesty of the hotel. You are who work for you.
Pros:

Very nice and comforting

Cons:

I accidentally left $200 in cash and my debit card on the bathroom sink. I called as soon as I realized it, they claimed it wasn’t reported and the manager never even called me back. I know for a fact I left it there.

Staff was awesome the elevators were broken and the amenities were horrible.

Cons:

The ac fell out flooded the room and the ac was broken half our stay. This was for our wedding and the facility was horrendously stressful for our big day. We were running around constantly trying to fix things. No breakfast even though it was advertised

Pros:

The hotel is next to Dunkin’ Donuts. The television and room size was big.

People knocking on our door playing around at 1:00 am and there were only one elevator working.

The only working elevator was the service elevator at the end of my stay. Two of the public elevators have been out of service for a year. The last one remaining went out on October 11, 202. It took forever to get to and from our room
. Also, I write about the mattresses everytime and still nothing has been done. Is this hotel about to close down? It's as if Management & the owners do not care! And the trash cans outside overflowed all weekend! Nothing was picked up at all!! Trash spreaded into the parking lot!

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing as well as the customer service. I appreciate the nice spread of fruits. I woukd like to see more turkey or beef sides, a lot of people are opting out of pork.
