Suite was not spacious and bathroom was ver small with no wash bowl inside it.
Cons:

It’s old and needs to be renovated. AC was not functional as expected and one had to crank it way up high to get it to give off warm air.

It was a good stay just minor inconveniences

The view was great, was nice and quiet

Cons:

It’s kinda in a weird spot you definitely gotta drive out a little to find any place to go near by, the pool was dirty it would have been nice to know that there was no hot tub working.

Feb. 2026. Old and tired
Pros:

I visit family in Downers Grove, and stay at this location because it is very close by.
Price is reasonable and close to freeway.

This last visit, late Feb. 2026, may be my last:

No hot water in the shower. Yes, I let it run quite awhile, and called maintenance . Both with unsuccessful results.

Had to move rooms because of the water situation. Second room was better.
Phones in guest rooms are wonky; tried to call front desk a few times, and just kept getting busy signals.
Breakfast is wildly expensive. Most other comparable hotels in the area have free breakfasts.
MAJOR strong fragrance smell when you first enter the hotel. Probably not good for guests with allergies top perfumes or scents. Tone it down!

The staff is accommodating.

PLEASE remodel this hotel, or just tear it down and build a new one. It's tired and old.
Maybe the price isn't that reasonable now that I think about what you get for it.

I continuously state that everyone that I'm assigned to needs a new mattress. That is the only complaint that I have.

Horrible Hockey Stay!
Pros:

Run down hotel, dated, unkept.
The only thing that keeps this place going is its amazing staff. Cheering for Carter and other staff members. Otherwise- shut it down.
