Service catastrophique
Cons:

Le service était déplorable et d’une lenteur pas digne du 5 étoiles.
Le personnel très gentils était dépasser après avoir échanger avec eux ils on reconnus ce gros soucis
Nous avons attendu plus d une heure pour avoir un café et des œufs au plat et j’en passe …..

Pros:

Все было супер, очень красивая гостиница, классные завтраки.

Cons:

Единственное, что не хватало, это воды. Только за доп плату из холодильника. Но на вторые сутки все таки воду поставили, возможно, ее в первый день просто забыли поставить.

Прекрасное местоположение , завтраки замечательные, номер поменяли с доплатой на Prestige, т.к. номера Deluxe имеют плохую звукоизоляцию из-за смежных дверей и шумящей вентиляцией за стеной ванной комнаты. Отель красивый с красивыми интерьерами.

Cons:

Попросили доп одеяло , принесли сначала одеяло без пододеяльника, housekeeping сказал , что у него его нет . Потом все же принесли, но все отдельно , пришлось самим заправлять, что странно для отеля 5-ти звезд. И все это очень долго , несколько раз. На завтраке нет шампанского, за эту цену можно было сделать комплиментарно. Номера Делюкс не звукоизолированы. Слышно все из соседних номеров . Вентиляция ванной комнаты сильно шумит всегда , её слышно в комнате всегда

Le dîner, un château Briand trop cuit , relancer le serveur ayant oublié de servir le verre de vin commander , et fêter mon anniversaire avec quelques chocolats et une bougie alors que c était celui de ma femme
