The architecture of the building

Cons:

During our stay, the first room we were given was an accessible (disabled) room. We were told this was provided as a kind gesture for our comfort, however we did not feel comfortable staying in this type of room and requested a change the following day.

The second room we received was a connecting room, which had very high sound transmission from the neighboring room. It would have been better if we had been informed about this in advance, as it affected our comfort.

The open buffet breakfast was average. When we asked for freshly prepared eggs, we were told this would require an additional charge. Since the eggs at the buffet did not look very appealing, this was the reason we made the request.

Overall, better communication about room types and more flexibility with breakfast options would have improved our experience.

Great hotel!
Pros:

We have stayed here before, this time we were in a smaller room, but it was quite comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was busy but as always plentiful. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will continue coming back. There's a church a few meters away that offers opera concerts! Also, if you take the bus into the main attractions, you just have to go across the road, and on the way back, the bus stops practically at the hotel's door.
