Hotel très bien situé. Grande gentillesse du personnel. Belle chambre spacieuse. Le jardin avec le restaurant Rossini est charmant.

Cons:

Pas très facile pour une personne en fauteuil roulant malgré les adaptations. Des moustiques dans le jardin. Donc emportez votre spray anti moustiques quand vous allez au restaurant. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très bon. Les fruits en majorité en boîte...les jus de fruits trop synthétiques. La confiture dans des distributeurs à pompe...cela ne fait pas classe.

El edificio es espectacular. Los espacios comunes son grandes y conservan el sabor de la Roma antigua. El jardín es precioso.

Cons:

La habitación muy justa de tamaño y tanto habitación como baño necesitan actualización.
El desayuno muy mejorable en variedad y en calidad.

Posizione ottima: 2 minuti dal Teatro dell' opera, 10 minuti dalla stazione di Roma Termini e 15 dalla fontana di trevi.
Gratuitamente ci è stato fornito un upgrade della camera, molto spaziosa (camera 520). Ottimi gli arredi ricercati e in stile (da non perdere in caso di ristrutturazioni!!)
Colazione abbondante e variegata.
Staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Camera poco luminosa e un po' datata, necessita di un piccolo ammodernamento: abbiamo anche dovuto chiamare in quanto il phon si surriscaldava e smetteva di funzionare.
Le pietanze della colazione che dovevano essere calde erano fredde.

Location was ok

Cons:

Room was noisy, beds uncomfortable and a cramped shower over bath which was unsafe. check in took a long time. staff not particularly interested in customers.

En la recepción nos asignaron habitaciones en el 5to piso que luego no nos dieron; siendo que habíamos abonado en efectivo .Pésima actitud para 4 mujeres de 82, 78,66 y 59 años

Vi følger hotellets anbefalinger...hænger våde/brugte håndklæder til tørre om muligt - istedet for til vask.
Efterfølgende er der hængt nye håndklæder op til os ?
