I attended a conference in the Medical Center and had a great stay with Marriott. The valet, Fatah was so friendly and quick. He was helpful and attentive. The fully enjoyed the room which was comfortable. I had a great stay thanks to your staff.

Beautiful hotel-nest and clean but the best part are all the wonderful people there making the difference!
From the front desk with Paulina and the gang always smiling and super helpful to the M Club with the most caring and thoughtful team to Peter in Maintainence not to mention the wonderful super polite and professional shuttle drivers Joel, Ro and Chris—couldn’t ask for better!
We had to be there for several weeks straight and the quality never wavered with any one on the team.
This is truly and exceptional hotel! Wouldn’t hesitate one second to stay whenever we have to go to Houston.

We stayed at Marriott Houston Medical Center for a week when I was seen at MD Anderson. From check in to check out it was a phenomenal experience but what elevated my stay is Maraceli from the M Lounge. She provided excellent service and was a joy to see every breakfast. The breakfast buffet and hors d’oeuvres filled us up. We will only stay here as I come back for my care at MD Anderson. The hotel provides free shuttle within 2 miles.

The Marriott was conveniently located to MD Anderson where we could walk to the hospital. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff was excellent. A special mention for Michael the shuttle driver. He was exceptionally sweet. We use the shuttle several times and it was very convenient. And Michael was always very pleasant.

Maraceli and Tati provided exceptional service and took wonderful care of our team. We didn’t have to move a muscle and they made sure our glasses were refilled!

Rooms are nice, reservation desk is helpful, gift/coffee shop hours 6AM-10PM are convenient, & shuttle service is THE BEST!!! Drivers Rohan, Michael & Dawit make sure everyone is well taken care of.

Great breakfast buffet…

We stayed at this hotel while supporting a family member undergoing medical care, and we truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. The convenience of being so close to the hospital made an incredibly stressful time much more manageable, but what truly stood out was the staff.

Every single person we encountered was kind, warm, and genuinely compassionate. The team went above and beyond for us in ways that did not go unnoticed, their care made a meaningful difference for our family. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being supported by people who truly cared.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bathrooms were especially nice and modern. As Platinum members, we also had access to the M Club, which was fantastic a quiet, welcoming space that was incredibly convenient during long days at the hospital.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you are staying for medical reasons or simply want a place where you’ll be treated with genuine kindness and respect, this is absolutely the place to stay. We are deeply grateful to the entire staff for making a difficult time just a little bit easier.
