Marriott Kansas City Overland Park

Beautiful hotel and great staff! Samantha was our server at the restaurant for dinner and was great! Di in the M Club is so sweet and attentive. She made our morning and a great way to start the day!

I always stay at your hotel when in Kansas. I love Di in M-Room she is the best! Check in was great too. I arrived late so there was no up grade for me, but the room I got was nice and clean!

Great location for our needs. Friendly, helpful staff. The gym is equipped very nicely. Very easy access off of I-435.

The surroundings were aesthetically pleasing and exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was amazing and was so willing to assist to make sure that everything was satisfactory.

We stayed one night. The bed was very comfortable. We never figured out how to lower the temperature in the room, so we were way too hot to sleep. Had dinner and drinks at the in-house restaurant which was very good.

The stay was great. We were attending a Conference there. I was impressed on how they have updated the hotel since the last time we had stayed there. Only issue was they were having trouble with the heat which caused some areas in the hallways to be a little cold.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Appreciated they tried to upgrade my room. Very nice amenities on site with good size bar and Starbucks on site.

I was there for a work conference and had a great experience during my stay. The location is great; there is a plethora of restaurants and stores within 1–2-mile radius and that made everything so convenient for us.

I always enjoy my stay at the O.P. Marriott. The staff is courteous and helpful and the rooms are always very welcoming. Nice amenities and bar/restaurant make it a perfect place to stay when there.
They’re also very pet friendly - my dog knows his way around the hotel 😂

The room was fine. The bed was comfortable And the room was clean. We were charged $15 a night for parking. This is ridiculous. I'm paying $250 a night and you can't offer your guests parking. I won't be staying again.

The hotel is great for those that appreciate an elevated hotel experience. The fitness center, lobby, and room space was clean and on brand with my expectations for Marriott International. I think the hotel tends to cater to business professionals and gets a lot of high traffic as it has a large conference center.

I imagine it’s been recently renovated as the outside appearance doesn’t match the elevated experience inside.

I recommend this hotel on the Overland Park area for its comfort, cleanliness, location to the highway, and overall amenities.

Love this location for shopping in Overland Park area. Hotel is showing signs of wear. No upgrade for Marriott lifetime platinum even though hotel was empty.

There was a tear in the fitted bed sheet. Walls are beat up. There was a dirty sock by the wall and lounge chair. We heard the service elevator for hours. Not a great stay this time even though we usually get treated like actual Marriott rewards members. I guess it doesn’t pay to have the status anymore.

Hotel is getting run down. And they charge $15 parking fee. This isn’t downtown KC with limited space.

Will maybe check into other hotel chains as I expect better for the money and my loyalty.

Our experience at this beautiful hotel was awesome. The rooms are nice, the Christmas decorations around the entire hotel were so festive. The Zephyr bar was extremely well stocked with bourbon choices and Kaitlin and Thu were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!
