Marriott Kansas City Overland Park

Check in and out was a breeze. Room was very nice and comfortable. Starbucks a HUGE plus being there and the bar food was really good!

This hotel is always good but this past stay was excellent. Front desk great. Room service and food were both excellent.

the property is well kept and all the staff were a pleasure to deal with. The only thing that was a setback was the Starbucks store in the lobby closed at 3pm

We have stayed at this Marriott for the past 3 years for the same annual event, The College Baseball Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Every year it seems like when the event is over the bar gets bombarded with people trying to order drinks. The staff there does an excellent job trying to keep up with the rush but it would be helpful to have extra staff to avoid the wait for a drink.

Also, this year the sheets on one of the king size beds in our room were extremely crisp and uncomfortable. This is very unusual for a Marriott hotel. I could hear them rustling every time my husband moved and he had a very difficult time sleeping. We should have requested them to be changed but since we were only there one additional night we didn’t want to bother and we both just slept in the other bed.

Beautiful hotel and great staff! Samantha was our server at the restaurant for dinner and was great! Di in the M Club is so sweet and attentive. She made our morning and a great way to start the day!

I always stay at your hotel when in Kansas. I love Di in M-Room she is the best! Check in was great too. I arrived late so there was no up grade for me, but the room I got was nice and clean!

Great location for our needs. Friendly, helpful staff. The gym is equipped very nicely. Very easy access off of I-435.

The surroundings were aesthetically pleasing and exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was amazing and was so willing to assist to make sure that everything was satisfactory.

We stayed one night. The bed was very comfortable. We never figured out how to lower the temperature in the room, so we were way too hot to sleep. Had dinner and drinks at the in-house restaurant which was very good.

The stay was great. We were attending a Conference there. I was impressed on how they have updated the hotel since the last time we had stayed there. Only issue was they were having trouble with the heat which caused some areas in the hallways to be a little cold.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Appreciated they tried to upgrade my room. Very nice amenities on site with good size bar and Starbucks on site.

I was there for a work conference and had a great experience during my stay. The location is great; there is a plethora of restaurants and stores within 1–2-mile radius and that made everything so convenient for us.

I always enjoy my stay at the O.P. Marriott. The staff is courteous and helpful and the rooms are always very welcoming. Nice amenities and bar/restaurant make it a perfect place to stay when there.
They’re also very pet friendly - my dog knows his way around the hotel 😂
