We had an okay stay at this location but would not return
Pros:

Breakfast was great, beds were comfy, room was mostly clean. Restaurant food was good

Cons:

Very outdated building, elevators would open up in between floors which was very concerning, buttons in them were upside down and falling off. Pool room seemed very outdated and didn't appear clean. Side doors were able to open without hotel keys... concerning for safety reasons. We always prefer Marriott hotels but this location did not meet expectations

Run down and in dire need of updating
Pros:

This hotel needs serious updating. Had issues with the elevator stopping between floors, the pool was brown (no sign about whether it was usable or not), floors did not seem recently cleaned, etc. Heads up, Marriott — this place needs an overhaul.

Some good some not so good things
Pros:

Upside: attentive and very pleasant front desk staff and housekeeping, except one older woman at the desk with a rude, I really don't want to be bothered to help you attitude. Beds are comfortable. Food in the restaurant is good yet limited menu and concierge lounge decent and staff pleasant. Public areas have appeared clean on the several times we stayed recently. Great location. Downside: needs updating or at least change the coverings on the chairs and couches in rooms. Driveway in poor condition, don't ask about parking or use their private lot to the left or they charge you. Large free parking to the right. Indoor pool is nice and warm yet the room and hallways are very cold. Also, the whole pool is used for swimming lessons for children late afternoon early evening. Had to wait until around 8 to use it, very inconvenient. The hot tub will not be reopened. The buffet, which is the same and included in the fee at other Marriotts is between $14.99 to $17.99 not worth it and not sure why the fee changes. Concierge level open limited and changing hours, should allow 24/7 access for water/soft drinks and coffee, especially early morning coffee. 3 elevators, yet usually only 1 working. Revolving door not working, trying to use assisted opening doors are very heavy and difficult to move luggage in or out.
This is the one and only Marriott I have yet to receive any survey from. I always respond to the hotel first before public review. Not seeing responses from the hotel to reviews, wondering if there is a manager or do that actually not care because they are still getting money. Have stayed here on and off over a month due to location.

Good stay
Pros:

Read a lot before booking. The Hotel has open parking and I ended up on the 3rd floor. The room had a coffee machine, fridge, loveseat and was clean. Is it dated? Yes, but clean and has what you need. You can tell it could use a lift. Coffee/tea at all hours free with a breakfast buffet option on the main floor which was 16.99 per person. The staff and place does have some charm. Service was good and the bar is open every night. Lastly location is spot on near highways, shopping, and food options like McDonald's.
Amenities - no Jacuzzi but they have an indoor heated pool, separate weight room and small cardio center. The business area is nice w a tv and a few computers. Nice area however, printer is not working. Anyway it was nice enough that I would give it a shot again.
