Location
All three elevators weren’t working and we were on the fourth floor.
Bed pillows were very hard.
Room was kind of old and tired.
It was convenient for the event I was a part of
The staff at the front desk were very rude. When my guest arrived Salia refused to accept that the reservation was paid for and demanded that he pays for the room. He was very polite and he stated multiple times that the booking was paid through booking.com. she became irate and short and refused to check him in. After hours not minutes hours and a second employee Talia with the same nasty attitude refused to check him in until I shared the invoice that the balance due is zero. Still until I had to share an actual screenshot of the payment info for them to change their attitude and check him in. I don't recommend this location to anyone because of the greeting and negative experience we had with the staff.
Staff was pleasant and attentive
No microwave, and all the elevators were down during our stay
We have stayed there several times in the past while in town visiting family so location is good. We are gold Marriott patrons. The facility does not measure up to the convenience of the location for us.
Whole interior is very “tired”, dated, dark. Carpets so old they smell musty. Desperately needs updating and freshening up.
The location. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and professional.
The hotel is need of a major renovation! Only one elevator was working of the three. The carpet was dirty and a lot of dirt was presence when you existed the elevator on the 3rd floor. You can see the carpet needs to be stretched from the bumps on the carpet.
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the past 20 years or so. It was once a solid option, but is in desperate need of a renovation. The carpets are from decades ago, only 1 of 3 elevators are working, it is filthy, the pool is green, the hot tub is broken, and I could keep going. This hotel should be removed from the Marriott portfolio, it does not live up to the standard anymore.
Filthy and only one elevator that wasn’t working properly - very sketchy
Good location for our stay. I like its “dated elegance” vibe.
It was fine. Bathroom mirror in our room didn’t completely work.
Vomit on the floor being swept not mopped. Closed hot tub. Pool the color of urine. The toilet ran all night and kept my whole family. I’ve been trying 2 months to get a supervisor to call me back and no one will. Stay away.
Good but expensive.
Lots of refurbishment needed. Quite worn
Location to my destination
1) being initially checked into wrong room, no apology or recoil, just unprofessionalism.
2. The door being jammed to the room that it took several attempts to open. Thank god we didn't have an emergency.
3. The floor definitely was not vacuumed, 1000%. My children kept finding someone else's hair and the tub had hair in it.
4. The indoor pool was disgusting. It was a yellowish green.
5. The breakfast attendant is very aggressive to a certain demographic of people. Did not help us ONCE. Brought others small carafes of coffee; I had to go to bar and get the coffee provided there due to lack of service.
6. Parties in parking lot at night, just ghetto. People drinking, smoking, BARBECUING, and shooting fireworks and the aftermath at 11:00 am still being present the following morning shows no one cares at this property.
