Pros:

Son emplacement idéal sur Times Square, à la fois son gigantisme et le calme des chambres dés lors qu’on se trouve dans les étages supérieurs (à partir du 25 ieme)

Not our first stay and hopefully not our last!
Pros:

We upgraded to a Times Square view room. You can’t find better. This is a first-rate property and every employee we encountered was helpful & polite.

Cons:

Quite expensive but sometimes you just have to do it!

Great stay, great location! Perch was a lovely place to relax after a busy day.
Pros:

Location couldn't be better for times square, very central but hotel never felt too busy.
The size of the rooms was great, beds were very comfortable. Rooms kept very clean. Did not hear any noise in our rooms. Broadway theatre at the bottom of the hotel was excellent.

Cons:

Had asked ahead for a good view. Asked to pay quite a bit on arrival for a room with a view. Unable to pay the excess so we were given a room with a very poor view.

Asked to move when sitting in the bar area as we were not eating, no real seating area for bar only. Given the price of the drinks, it would be nice to be able to sit in the bar.

Great stay!
Pros:

The location was great! Staff was friendly

Cons:

Check out/reservation lobby during check out was very busy with people waiting for a conference. They were in the way and made it very inconvenient while carrying our luggage

Cons:

I suggest adding a microwave in the rooms. We couldn't bring left overs because we couldn't warm up food.

This hotel will be my choice for future visits!
Pros:

We upgraded to a suite, which was expensive, but worth it, since we were traveling with a teenage grandson. The location of the hotel was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and so very convenient.

Cons:

The phone in our room did not work, so there was no way to report a couple of minor issues. I had to physically go downstairs to the desk to get attention. Additionally, we would have appreciated having a microwave in the room.

Cons:

Time square can be quite busy and hard to get to and get out of…BUT it’s Times Square and for a first visit to NYC as a tourist this location was top notch!
