Buen hotel si vienes en coche y no quieres entrar en ZTL.
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado fuera de la zona ZTL y con parking, estando a 10/15 minutos andando del centro. Las habitaciones son un poco antiguas y con algún retoque pendiente, pero en general muy bien.

Nada.

Agréable séjour au Royal Hôtel Carlton
Pros:

Étant déjà venu au Royal Hôtel Carlton en décembre, j’ai choisi de renouveler l’expérience, et je ne suis pas déçue.
L’hôtel répond toujours aussi bien aux attentes : les chambres sont parfaitement équipées et d’une propreté irréprochable, ce qui garantit un séjour très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner est également à la hauteur, à la fois copieux et de qualité, avec de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts ;)
Enfin, le personnel reste toujours aussi accueillant, poli et attentionné, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable :)

Stort, flot og umoderne, men god service og venlig personale.
Pros:

Meget venlig personale og flot lobby. Store dejlige værelser men med nogle grimme skjolder på det ellers flotte tapet. Airconditonen var vanskelig at styre og vi var nødt til at slukke helt om natte, for ellers blev det alt for koldt. Der opstod et problem med håndvasken, som de straks fik udbedret.

Cons:

Stedet var lidt slidt og trænger til en opdatering.

Zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhig
Pros:

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer, obwohl das Hotel mitten im Stadtzentrum liegt, mit Balkon und Weitblick - wunderschön. Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit Tageslicht. Sehr freundliches Personal! Wir würden das Hotel jedem empfehlen.

Cons:

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wenn etwas nicht gepasst hat, irgendein Detail im Zimmer, hat man sich sofort darum gekümmert. Das war sehr angenehm.

Avevamo prenotato una stanza matrimoniale per la sera di San Valentino e ci è stata data una stanza con due letti singoli. Stanza prenotata a gennaio. E nessuno ha avvisato che non era disponibile quella matrimoniale. Personale poco cortese
