Pros:

We arrived late in the day - Room was small but clean and beds were comfortable. Great value for the price. They have a small pool and continental breakfast. The property is secure- gated front and back so we didn’t have to worry about our rental car at night. It is walking distance to great restaurants and the Quepos waterfront. William from the front desk/check in was AMAZING! Exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful. His English is very good. He provided us with great suggestions for dinner, recommended a tour company for Manuel Antonio National Park, gave us local tips on what to avoid and what to expect in certain areas. He also gave us his what’s app“ # so that we could call if we had any questions or needed help during our visit. We spent one night at this hotel. Checked in late and checked out early on our cross country adventure. We did need assistance the next day when we couldn’t find the “real” parking area for the national Park so I msg’d William and he was quick to respond with specific details that got us exactly where we needed to be. Thank you William for your kindness and helpful tips on your beautiful town of Quepos and Manuela Antonio. We can’t wait to visit again.

Good budget stay on outskirts of Quepos
Pros:

This hotel was good for the price and in a convenient location about 10 mins walk to the harbor. That said, it is not the nicest part of town and music was loud some nights- maybe because of the holidays. The positives outweighed the negatives though. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, and the pool was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Overpriced Motel with outdated accomodations
Pros:

I found the price too high for a Motel. The installation was less than par. Parking was a nightmare and next to the hotel there is a very noisy Bar/noght club that kept me up.
