Great location, very nice rooms, quick and efficient staff
Pros:

Very nice decorated rooms a short walk from the city centre. Basic services, but nice sized rooms, and lovely bathrooms with all the facilities you could need.

Cons:

Breakfast bar is mininal, check-in is via the bar, but these are only small issues.

Een fijne overnachting in Birmingham gehad!
Pros:

The rooms are very specious and the facilities were also nice (they have shower products and even bath salts for a nice bath, and tea and coffee in the room, together with some cookies). For breakfast during the week, you can just grab some yoghurt, fruit and a granola/Nakd bar near the reception. There is really nice and helpful personnel. A special shout-out to Danny from reception! He’s a really nice guy who helped me a lot, since I had to change my room because the bath was not functioning properly, so thank you for that! And thanks again for letting me try the whiskey ;) Another guy at the reception/bar the next morning also gave me nice recommendations on what to see in Birmingham.

Pros:

Breakfast was a bonus with fruit and yoghurt. Liked the pub/restaurant and staff was very friendly with a discount on food.

Cons:

the bottles in the bathroom were not clearly labelled. 3 or 4 said shampoo... but I think at least one was lotion.

A lovely stay made even better by an unexpected upgrade and absolutely wonderful staff.
Pros:

We were very kindly upgraded during our stay, which was such a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully presented. The staff at The Button Factory next door, which is under the same ownership, were honestly the absolute best! …incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They really made the experience.

Shoutout to Danny (who set us up in our room) and Ish (at the bar)… they’re amazing x

Die Lage ist gut. Etwas abseits der Innenstadt in einem sehr schönen Viertel und noch fußläufig zu allen Attraktionen. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer in einem schönen alten Haus. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig.

We booked 2 Delux double rooms both were spacious, well furnished & very comfortable beds. Great choice will definit

Beautiful property, very comfortable bed had a great nights sleep , fabulous bathrooms

Cons:

Chimney breast wall had bad damp damage, the room was beautiful but the window curtains were far too small & let in the light, found an empty biscuit wrapper on floor next to bed. Hair dryer didn’t work luckily booked 2 rooms do used one from there.
