Pros:

Overall very friendly and outgoing staff. Room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. We will make sure to stay at other Residence Inns in the future throughout our travels.

I didn't like I had to keep going back to the front desk and get my key reprogrammed and I didn't like the attitude of the guy at the front desk when I was trying to check in early

Pleasant Overnight Stay Prior to Catching Early Flight
Pros:

Pros: Renovated room with kitchenette microwave, refrigerator, small stove, plates, silverware (typical for residence inn), renovated walk in shower was nice, free parking, gym, small outdoor basketball court (though I did not use), quiet from what I could tell, though I was on top floor and I don't think I had neighbors adjacent to my room overnight, close to IND airport

Cons: only 1 functional elevator for the whole building and a sign that read that only 1 person to use at a time....so I basically avoided using it except to bring my luggage up and down

Overall, I would consider coming back if staying in Indianapolis again.

Great airport hotel
Pros:

One of the best airport hotels I've stayed at. Very large room that seemed newly renovated. The main room had a kitchenette, large couch, and good desk for working, and there was a separate bedroom with a King bed and good sized bathroom. Very clean and nice staff. Breakfast was mediocre and gym is pretty barebones. But great stay for short work travel.

It was clean and very nice room

Cons:

I messaged to see if it was an early check-in available several times and no one ever responded. may have something to do with the front end lady always on her personal phone.
