Not a good Marriott
Pros:

As Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy members, we stay exclusively at Marriott properties worldwide — JW Marriotts, Autograph Collection, the full range. This stay was the worst experience we have had across the entire portfolio.

We traveled with our infant daughter. The property provided a pack-and-play but had no high chair available for the breakfast area. When I asked the breakfast attendant, she flatly refused. I went to the front desk, where the agent made a minimal effort before explaining that the remodel and a corporate decision had eliminated high chairs. A property that stocks pack-and-plays but cannot accommodate an infant at a meal table has a gap that has nothing to do with remodeling.

The pack-and-play itself was stained, not set up, and had no sheet provided.

At breakfast, my husband flagged that the orange juice tasted off — watered down and rancid. The attendant first pointed to the container being full as some kind of rebuttal, then, when that didn’t land, drank some of the juice herself to demonstrate it was fine. It was not fine, and that interaction should not have happened.

We had the “Please Clean Room” sign out for both nights of our two-night stay. The room was not cleaned either day.

The room itself was well-appointed. The bathtub had a faint mold smell.

The physical product is there. The service is not. For a property carrying the Marriott name and serving Titanium members traveling with infants, this stay fell well below any reasonable standard.

I would welcome a direct response from Marriott guest relations

Enjoyed the comfortable, relaxing room.
Pros:

There was an ok selection of food for breakfast. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was the close location to the airport. The surrounding area a little sketchy and not really any amenities in walking distance except for a Waffle House and Jimmy Johns sandwich shop. That didn't matter to me because it met my needs of being a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel with a shuttle to the airport.

Pros:

Overall very friendly and outgoing staff. Room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. We will make sure to stay at other Residence Inns in the future throughout our travels.
