Pros:

Proximity to work

Cons:

The person who "cleaned" the room on Wednesday needs to go back to cleaning and bed making school. My four year old granddaughter could make the beds better. No vacuuming or touched the bathroom to tidy or replenish.

Would happily return to the Melbourne intercontinental!
Pros:

We have just spent 3 days staying at this lovely hotel. The location is ideal for exploring the CBD of Melbourne by walking or catching the free City loop tram. We loved the architecture and history of this beautiful old building too.
The Staff were efficient and friendly. And the breakfast was one of the livestreams for choice and quality of food that we have enjoyed anyway in the world!

Cons:

It is an older hotel. The pillows were too big and heavy.

Overpriced for what it is. Parking was hard to find and it ended up costing $180.
Pros:

The heritage listed building.

Cons:

It smelt like sheep stations in the hallway. Would’ve liked to be able to open the balcony..

Pros:

The staff.

Cons:

The facilities, the spa was inoperable, and the pool was way too cold for winter. Very disappointed, as that's the reason we booked for the kids. Rooms are small and tired. Staff are lovely. The picture of the pool online looks ten times better than it actually is when you get there.

A Heritage building with lots of character. This was for my husband’s 60th birthday and the staff could not have been more hospitable! We booked a club room with bath tub and got upgraded to a junior suite. An Amazing stay!
