It was very dark.
Also a special dinner I and planned was cancelled a week before. As the hotel stay was a no refund policy,,we were forced to stay there, so it was very disappointing.

Comfortable hotel in the centre
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and well equipped but a little noisy with Collins Street outside

Cons:

Reception was slow and no help at the drop off point which became congested as people left their vehicles and went in to register. We saw some elderly people really struggling with their cases without any help from hotel staff

フロントの方の親切な対応も素晴らしく、出掛ける際には声もたくさんかけていただけましたし。不足の事態や急なリクエストにも迅速に対応して頂けて大変助かりました。朝食やラウンジの充実度も中々良いと思いますし、サウスバンクの駅にも近くロケーションも抜群です。

Cons:

ハウスキーピングですが、悪くはないのですが。担当者によってはアメニティの補充がされていない等、ムラがあったのが気になりました。

History meets luxury
Pros:

Lovely historic hotel in a fabulous location. From the moment we arrived at reception until checking out the staff were so friendly and helpful. This beautiful hotel was so relaxing for us and our room was just lovely. Located a short walk to Marvel stadium and crown casino it is well positioned. The bar was a nice place to spend an afternoon .
My only complaint was that the heated pool was a bit too cold for me and since we judge hotels on their pools ( our favourite relaxing activity) I was unable to go in. I could have tried the spa but it looked a bit dirty.
Overall a lovely stay .

Where is my refund? Would never stay again.
Pros:

Staff at least attempted to address issues

Cons:

Has 2 executive rooms. One room king bed was made up with single sheet across top of bed with mattress exposed. Mattress protector was manky. Quilt not in cover and stained like someone had urinated on it.
Bed was remade and staff apologised. Promised $150 discount on $1400 room rate that had been prepaid. Told they couldn’t process directly had to be done via booking.com
Never got the refund.
Frankly even though bed was fixed still felt yuck to sleep in the bed. Unacceptable for price and quality of hotel.

First room was wet and second room had another guest's items
Pros:

Stayed at the Rialto, the first room we were given had an extremely wet carpet the moment we entered the room - and because there was a part of the room that had tiling it created a big slip hazard. We were given another room to which we discovered had a bottle of champagne that was for another guest on the desk of the room.

Pros:

Room was reasonable, bed was comfortable, shower good. Staff are terrific and valet parking was prompt and efficient.

Cons:

Breakfast was absolute rubbish, even by buffet standards. Air conditioning in room barely worked.
