Booked king room with City view and got view of Atrium roof blocking my city view.

Whilst a little further from the main cbd shopping mall, close to tram stop and easy to also walk to mall

Two single beds put together to make a kings room? That’s not good enough for a start hotel. And the city view is blocked by the Rialto tower..

Beautiful building and great central location. The staff are excellent and go beyond of what's required. Free drinks on arrival.
The heating/air conditioning is a bit temperamental. Hard to get where you'd like it.
The hotel itself was fine, but the parking experience was disappointing.
The parking is not located within the hotel but in an external parking facility. The hotel said they offered a parking discount, but it didn't work and we ended up paying quite expensive parking fees.
The staff then told us that we wouldn't have to pay for the remaining two nights and gave us a QR code. However, on our last day, the QR code didn't work either. We had to return to the hotel to ask for help, and they told us to email them later for a parking fee refund. Unfortunately, this was quite inconvenient, especially since we were rushing to the airport.
Overall, I was disappointed with how the parking situation was managed. If you're traveling by public transport, this hotel may be a much better choice.ing
